The room was very good, but we rented a room with two beds and when we arrived they only had one bed room available!!! My comment is if the room was already paid and they did not want to make the cancellation why they did not respect and keep the room in hold no matter what time the check-in is done !!!!

No employees would address the 2nd hand smoke part take smoking. I nearly had to to urgent vare. Staff did not care I couldnt breathe. Coulnt open window, no screen. Slept 3 hours at best and no refund. Was told call the back for a refund. No return phone call. Staff had the nerve to ask me,what do you think is fair like 10 percent off. 10 percent with difficulties breathing and 3 hours of sleep with 6 hour drive ahaed of me. This is Choice Hotels.?

The stay was great but my room was next to an exit and I kept hearing the door slam every time someone went out it. This happened throughout the night sometimes waking me up.

The property is fine and the staff are helpful. The cleaning person was friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning my room. The room was okay although dated. Would stay there again. It is conveniently located to 88 and 59 so getting around was a breeze.

I don’t like how a double room isn’t a double room; it is js a standard room with two beds. Don’t advertise a double room if it’s not a double room. I am very upset with this hotel because the staff doesn’t seem to care about the cleanliness of every room. I was able to come back to my room and nothing was cleaned up as in the beds weren’t made up, and I didn’t receive clean towels. I would not recommend this hotel for the holidays.
