Welcome to your home away from home, a beautiful Bi- Level house in Elmhurst, Illinois. As you pull into the driveway, you'll be impressed by the large side driveway parking space.

Step inside and you'll be welcomed by the warm, inviting atmosphere of our updated home. The kitchen, with its sleek stainless-steel appliances and clean, modern feel, will inspire your culinary creations or serve as the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal from one of the many restaurants in Elmhurst.

As you move throughout the home, you'll find TVs in each of the three cozy bedrooms, offering the perfect escape for quiet time or a movie night. The living room is a gathering place, with futon sofas and a beautiful street view.

For those who love to play, the gaming room is a true gem. With a big buck world adventure console for 2 players, indoor basketball, you'll have everything you need for a fun-filled night in.

But the true highlight of this home lies outside in the backyard. We welcome your furry companion with open paws! A fee of $200 for small pets (under 20 lbs.), and $250 for larger pets (over 20 lbs.), applies.
If your pet sheds, we ask for an additional $100 refundable security deposit.

As a responsible pet owner, you agree to clean up after your pet while on the property. If you have more than one pet, an additional fee of $100 per pet applies.

This is a NON-SMOKING house. You can smoke in the backyard but please pick up your butts. If we find evidence of smoking inside, (butts, ashes, burn marks, smoke smell, etc.) we will charge a $300.00 odor clean up fee.

*No candles ,confetti or glitter allowed.

*Any damages or missing items, furniture and electronics is subject to fines equivalent to replacing the item as well.

*You are welcome to use everything in the house but please clean it after you're done using them.

*Please acknowledge that we may leave consumables such as drinks, condiments coffee or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire to consume these items but we do not take any responsibility for any allergies or hazards related.
