En la reservación aunque fue similar a la primera no querían honrar lo mismo luego cuando por segunda ocasión Expedia habló con BK indicó que entraría el precio que había una equivocacion pero cuando fui a pagar me cobraron $30.adiciona.

We looked at our records of your reservation and checking and it turns out we were not able to honor the same price as your first check in due to the different days. From Sunday to Wednesday are our regular rates and from Thursday to Saturday are our weekend rates. We do keep the outside parking lot as clean as possible, but the ground does have a bit of a gravel look to it.As for our staff, they are helpful and friendly to all guests that check in. There may have been a mix up on the reservation as well. Some guests in the past think they have reserved a non smoking when in fact they actually reserved a smoking instead. We don't create the reservations, but the websites do. We would advise next time to check the reservation to be sure you know what you are reserving. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Indica que viene con desayuno incluido, sin embargo se encontraban reparando el salón en donde se ofrecía el desayuno y por este motivo no se entregó el desayuno durante toda la estadía. Tampoco se ofrecieron alternativas. La iluminación de la habitación 148 no funciona.

Ni aun k me dijeran el red carpet te regala estancia gratis no lo quiero! Es el hotel mas sucio el personal ni siquiera saluda los de limpiesa un horror en 10 dias k estube alli no limpiaron el baño, no pasaron la aspiradora y por si fuera poco tubieron el mal gusto de pedir propina solo por darme toallas, jabon y por darles la basura. El comentario de un taxista fue sobrevivieron su estancia en ese lugar?! Fue horrible!!!!!!!!!

The place is dirty and in terrible condition. They clearly do not understand how to repair or maintain the place. They are making it a tear down.

What I didn’t like was the little bed bugs on the mattress with the bedsheets. My wife felt that and itched on her body every time when she slept. For me, I itched rarely. I was so patient.

This property was poorly staffed, the room we reserved and pre-paid for was not available when we got there. Burn holes throughout the bedding, door licked was extremely hard to get in and the overall smell of the place was terrible. I will never recommend nor stay at this place again. Staff was rude.
