The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and cookware. It had a really nice dining table for us to eat at as well as an island that was convenient for the kids. It was really quiet. We didn’t hear any anybody in the unit below us nor did we hear any traffic. It was convenient that there was a parking space provided so we didn’t have to deal with finding any parking and in the neighborhood felt safe and secure.

A very spacious spot. Awesome rooftop. Great location in the Ukrainian district. A number of fantastic restaurants and cafes close by. The location isn’t close to the train, but there are very frequent buses. The apartment doesn’t have amenities for young children (cribs, high chairs) so you’d have to bring your own.

This is a truly gorgeous home that was perfect for our wedding celebration. The view from the massive rooftop towards the city skyline is unbelievable. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchenware for our large family, and beds were comfortable. The host was proactive, responsive and helpful. The only thing we overlooked was there weren’t toiletries in the showers, but we brought enough with us to get by. Overall it was an amazing stay!

Perfect location, easy to access, yes there are stairs but suck it up and enjoy everything about this place. Fully stocked. Parking garage and street and we felt super safe, literally 15-20 mins from things you would want to see in Chicago.

The property and service both met and exceeded my imagination. The college reunion group really enjoyed the stay, features, and overall location. Great place to stay for both local and downtown attractions. The neighbors, neighborhood bodega, and rooftop really enhanced the visit. Very clear instructions start to finish, and all items to make the stay comfortable were present. Property management was clear, kind, and funny. Only minor feedback; the pullout couch beds did the job, just not as comfortable as all the other interior furniture. If you have guests with more sensitive backs or injuries, try to save the main bedrooms for them. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to explore Chicago!

My husband and I rented this condo for ourselves and our older teens. There were 8 of us in total and the space was wonderful. Four girls slept comfortably on the pull-out sofas, and enjoyed the wall of mirrors by the dining room table to get ready for Lollapalooza each day. The kitchen was great and well equipped for us to cook meals. They seemed to think of any tool that we could possibly need for our stay, and had it in the kitchen. Parking was not a problem. We found a spot along the street nearly every time we looked (morning, noon, or night). When we didn't, we could squeeze into the garage space with our rented minivan, as long as we got out of the vehicle first. The space is immaculately clean and organized. Instructions are clear, and back-ups of everything are well stocked, from bath towels to toilet paper. The loft on the top of the building is unreal, with phenomenal views of the city. It is huge, with two spaces to hang out, and a bathroom. It is exclusively for use by this top floor condo, so it really provides an extra space for hanging out. Leave most everything at home except your personal belongings. They even have laundry detergent! Things to bring: shampoo, soap, ziploc bags/plastic wrap. Don't hesitate. This place is perfect. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Grant Park for Lollapalooza, for reference, and was about 40 minutes to the airport.

Such an amazing stay! The check in and check out process was the easiest I’ve ever had. The communication from the property owners was also awesome. There was also a beautiful view from the rooftop which was a nice treat. I highly recommend booking a stay here!!!

The stay was terrific. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was a clean, beautiful, well advertised property. Pictures will not do the location justice, the skyline was beautiful! The host also thought of everything, from rooftop blankets for the rooftop deck, To lots and lots of extra pillows. You can tell that Jessica puts her guests first. Thank you for a great experience!

Wish I Could Give It 10!! Unforgettable Westside Chicago Penthouse!

This Westside Chicago penthouse is an absolute masterpiece—hands down the most beautiful and quaint rental I’ve ever experienced! If I could give it 10 stars, I would without hesitation. The property was immaculate, with every detail crafted for luxury and comfort. The rooftop deck offered jaw-dropping views that elevated every moment, and the master bathroom was a dream with its phenomenal shower and soothing Jacuzzi tub. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the space was quiet and serene—a perfect retreat.The amenities were beyond comprehensive. From bowls, measuring cups, plates, spoons, and knives to every kitchen essential you could need, everything was provided. I usually pack backup items for rentals due to past experiences, but this place required nothing from us—it was fully stocked and ready to go! The location is ideal, safe, and convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The owner and property manager were exceptional hosts, the best we’ve encountered in years of using Vrbo, ensuring our stay was flawless. The price was an incredible value for such an extraordinary experience.If this penthouse were ever up for sale and I had the means, I’d buy it in a heartbeat—it’s that perfect. Milestone birthday celebration with friends

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica's beautiful penthouse condo. The condo was very clean, and the location is amazing- so many restaurants & bars within easy walking distance. The rooftop area was just lovely- it was the perfect place to relax together on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in Chicago.

Beautiful and perfect property with amazing roof top and views of Chicago Skyline!

This property is gorgeous! It has everything you need for an amazing stay. Filled with amenities, supplies, extra towels, pillows, coffee pods, and more! At the top of 3 flights of stairs, you enter a beautiful apartment with soaring ceilings and tons of light. Another flight takes you up to the rooftop patio for stunning views of the city. This was the perfect place for our large family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Would highly recommend.
