A perfect place for our family to stay while attending my granddaughters graduation from navy basic training. I would highly recommend!

Navy Bootcamp Graduation

We had a wonderful time! Home was beautiful and stocked with everything needed. Was a perfect location for graduation of son from Navy Bootcamp and day trips to Chicago. Easy freeway access etc. Would stay again if ever to return to that area! Host was very clear and concise with directions and access to home.

This modern 3BD townhome was so cute, we abso loved it stay while visiting for our Sailors graduation. Very clean, with everything we could hope for. Spacious rooms, great for three adults. We all had our own private spaces, and could also comfortably sit together in the living room area. Kelly was a great host, always quick to respond to any message. I had forgotten my Sailors pictures after checkout. A quick message to Kelly and we were able to get back into the house and save this mom's heart from breaking. Definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay near the Naval base or Six flags resport.

Everything was great about my experience staying at this property from booking the property to staying & heading back home. The owners responded within minutes of booking the property as well as when I had requested for additional information & accommodations. The property was in a great location for us, was in great condition & made our trip & stay a very memorable one.

A great place to relax and rejuvenate!

We enjoyed bringing our new Sailor to a comfy home where he could relax and enjoy time with his family. This home worked out great for our family. If I am ever in the area I would definitely book again.

Cute and cozy

I stayed with my in-laws for my husbands navy graduation. The location was great, everything we could have needed was just a few minutes away! The home was perfect for us to have our own space while also having space to spend time with each other. We used the grill to cooks steaks which was nice and I would definitely recommend staying there for anyone who is interested! Kelly was a great host and communicated very well!

Would recommend - Great property!

Great property! Conveniently located & close to the Naval Base. Great for hanging out with family! Kitchen was great for cooking in! Would stay there again! The only thing I would change is the living couch could be a little more comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We enjoyed staying in this property. We were visiting to see our son who had his White Coat Ceremony at nearby Rosalind Franklin University. There were 6 people in our group and the house provided enough room for us. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything one could need. The beds were comfortable. We visited during the summer so the house did get warm. There was a vented portable ac in each bedroom and a wall unit in the family room but we were still warm (the weather was exceptionally hot though).We would stay again.

Graduation

Very nice home in a great neighborhood. It was close to the Navy base, shopping and dining. Plus we had to go back and forth to Ohare a few times and it was about 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Only thoughts I would have is living room furniture isn’t the most comfortable but the does the job!

Great Saty

House was gorgeous…loved the patio in the back. The only thing was missing was the screen door to let the breeze in! The house was comfy and cozy for all of us to have a family dinner 8 ppl and was close to everything. 15 minutes to the Navy base and less than 10 minutes to the Outlets. I will def be back if we go to Chicago.

Nice stay! Great location for Six Flags.

Clean well kept property. Only thing we didn't care for would be all the beds are very firm. The bed in the master bedroom is by far the hardest mattress we have ever slept on. Even with that we would still stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed every part of our stay. The house was super clean and exactly as advertised. It's on a nice, quiet street. I really appreciated being able to park my rental car in the garage. We were in town for Navy RTC graduation and the location was perfect. It was far enough away from the base that we could go out to eat without dealing with the crowds near the base. A trip into Chicago included a 1 hour drive to the Howard St. Station for the CTA red line which then took us everywhere we wanted to go in the City. Super easy.

Navy Graduation

In Chicago for daughter’s graduation from the Navy. Being able to spend quality time with her as a family in a warm and homey environment was exactly what we all needed. Home is immaculate and has all the necessities needed for cooking. We all slept great, beds were super comfortable! Had games and books and a table that fit us all so we could sit and eat together and just talk! I highly recommend anyone going to a Navy Graduation to stay here instead of a hotel. Naval base is so close and also shopping! Make sure you go to Shanty’s Restaurant for the best burgers! Thank you Kelly for being an excellent hostess!

Boot Camp Graduation Stay

This was the PERFECT place to stay with our new sailor! We didn’t know the area at all and were concerned if it would be too far from base and things to do, but it is not. It was the perfect distance from everything. Just enough time to chat in the car with our new sailor when picking up and taking back to base. It is located in a beautiful, nice neighborhood. The house was just perfect too. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our sailor took a nice 3-hour nap on a comfortable bed (more comfortable than what he has slept in for the past 11 weeks). We ordered take out from Timothy O’Toole’s - the Fish & Chips are amazing!! Then the next night we grilled steaks on the house outdoor grill. It was just the perfect 3-days. We are so grateful for this VRBO - thank you so much!
