Stay with friends

The house was perfect for our large group. The two apartments were spacious and exactly what we needed. The location was truly excellent and check-in was super easy. However, it was challenging to communicate with the host. Messaging through the platform was delayed, and a general, automatic (yet delayed) response was provided. Could only communicate via phone number provided in automatic response, which wasn't always answered in a timely manner. It was a holiday weekend, so likely higher call volume than usual. Despite some challenges I would stay there again! Was great for a large group exploring Chicago. Thanks again!

Great location

This property was conveniently located to restaurants and public transportation. We did not find the photos and description thorough enough for our group, given steep stairs, partially with no railings. In addition, the furniture was uncomfortable, appliances not all in working order, and bedrooms very sparse, with no mirrors or bureaus.

Location location location

This place is located in a perfect location in the heart of Lincoln park. The place was clean and nice. We made good use of the projector for sports games. As for the nitpicking and constructive feedback, the projector needs to be aligned and the furniture seems a bit flimsy/cheap (we had some big boys in our group). Overall the place was perfect for our large group.

2nd Stay, Still pleased.

We really enjoyed the property comfortably withbour family party of 11. We utilized two levels each with full bathrooms and kitchens, and laundry. We stayed with our group before in 2020. Clean. Host is very responsive and accommodating. One request would maybe be an upgrade in the sitting chairs designated for dining and extra seating. They are not that comfortable, especially for seniors that want to sit in the common area for long periods of time. We will definitely stay again. Thank you having us!

Bring your own spices though!

My family and I enjoyed the property. It was a nice experience for them, since it was their first time in Chicago. Everything was accessible and easy to navigate. The property gave a highclass feel. The rooms, the Kitchen, washer and dryer, it was very comfortable and I would stay here again. We were able to cook, which was great. They had enough pots, pans and utensils to cover your needs. I just wish they had more spices available.

Great place for a large group

Our non profit Board was meeting at DePaul University for three days and this was the perfect place for them to wind down, relax and have an opportunity to socialize, get to know each other and build relationships outside of the intense meetings. Location was close to DePaul and walking distance to restaurants. The units were very spacious, well equipped, furnished and very clean. The parking spot is really tight for two cars, so we only used it for one. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location! Refurbished

This is one of the best locations near downtown Chicago. It's safe and has an incredible number of restaurants nearby. This is two flats on two separate floors but works great for a larger group. There are a lot of beds and rooms and a lot of chairs. That said, there are only two couches or 'soft seating' places in the two units. I recommend the owners provide more comfortable seating! Otherwise, the place is great!

Guys weekend in Chicago

Great space in even better location. 11 friends traveled to Chicago for Cubs game & music festival, with the L and Ubers very accessible. Rental was spacious for our group and clean at checkin.

Awesome property for large geoup

We had an amazing time in Chicago with our sons robotics team, neighborhood was fabulous, super convenient to train, Target, coffee shops and restaurants. We even walked to and from Cubs game. House is very well appointed. We cooked and did laundry, the house has everything you could want, even ample parking!!

Found this wonderful home in the Lincoln Park area. It was a very quiet area. It also had a couple dedicated parking spots. We actually ended up using the "L" to get around, which was very easy to navigate. We thought parking would be a hassle. All in all an excellent place to stay.

Perfect for large group

Very clean and plenty of room for a large group. We rented the 2nd and 3rd floors for three nights to see Cubs game on Friday and Notre Dame vs WI game on Saturday. Great location in Lincoln Park.
