Kevin,We are sorry for the power outage that affected Oak Brook and mulitple towns around us. This was an issue with the electric utility ComEd and was beyond our control. Unfortunately, there was nothing we could do to have prevented it or to restore it any faster. It came back online in a few hours, not the whole day, and yes we did authorize a refund for your stay. Our staff did a splendid job of seeing to guest needs and bringing all systems back online once power was restored. Thank you for your feedback.

Maria Cecilia, we are sorry for the disruption to your stay. We don't usually have youth groups in the hotel and this night was a bit of "whack-a-mole" for our team, trying to keep them quiet. Please come back to give us another try and feel free to let us know you want to be placed away from any youth groups should we have any.
