The room was very comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. The distance to and from the airport was good and the shuttle bus timely and ran frequently.
The front desk was not so friendly, I arrived late in the evening and they expected to carry my own luggage to my room via the stairs as the room on the second floor does not have a lift. I was not aware of this. I had two suitcases and there was no way I could carry them by myself. The lady didn't offer a solution so I had to ask her to request help. The person who helped me was very friendly and said that if I needed any help to ask. Best to avoid the rooms on the second floor if possible. All in all, it was a good stay and I would stay again but not on the second floor.
