El servicio en general fue bueno, aunque en recepción no fueron tan amables. La calefacción no servía y la televisión tampoco.

2 veces el cuarto no fue hecho , cuando volví en l a tarde me di cuenta de esto y me dicen que tenía el cartel de no molestar ! , claro estaba puesto pero antes de salir del hotel lo retiré . La habitación No tenía frigo bar ! . Para el precio que cobraron , fue mala la experiencia . La atención de la gente de recepción deja mucho que desear .

Hotel muy Comodo Solo que Deben incluir el parqueo
El Desayuno Considero que por la tarifas que se paga en este hotel se deberia incluir el desayuno ya que la mayoria de hoteles lo tienen incluidos, tambien el parqueo de vehiculo del hotel, deberian de incluir en la tarifa del huesped, yo alquile un vehiculo y pagaba de parqueo diariamente 29 dolares no es que es una gran suma pero son 145 dolares por los 5 fias que estuve hospedado, todos estos detalles aumentan los gastos del viaje, claro cada quien paga lo que puede segun su presupuesto pero en mi caso me he alojado en muchos hoteles y me sorprendio que tuviera que pagar 29 dolares diario por utilizar el parque del hotel que estoy alojado deberian de incluir a los huesped que se alojan en el hotel.

The lobby was beautiful. The service of everyone who worked there was good. My room was average compared to most of their hotels. I was unhappy with the fact that the tv had no internet, the whole hotel was on cooling apparently and being severely animic that was out of the question for me. They did offer a space heater. Yet I’ve never heard of an entire hotel being on cooling in the Rosemont area or any Illinois area for that matter isn’t always good because it’s not always warm in April. I would’ve preferred a more comfortable bed with a mattress topper or something. The fridge had dents in it and was a bit unsightly. But everything was clean, housekeeping was spectacular daily.

My first night was good. My second, a disaster. Between the late night fire alarm, the fraternity convention, and the maid knocking on my door at 8 am asking me if I was still there I left exhausted. This company has put profit over comfort. I shall not any longer darken its door. Hilton forgot that guest come to relax, a seemingly obvious fact.

My Weekend Getaway
It was a nice little trip. I had a fun time at the Donald E Stevens Convention Center where “Midwest FurFest” took place. I had a pleasant experience, the people there were very nice and even gave me tips on travel for the next time there’s a convention. I did not like having to pay $35 per night for parking, and not having a microwave in my room unless i pay $25.
