The overall experience was exceptional. The home was as pictured, clean, bright and welcoming. The location was perfect as well. Centrally located and easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. Never a problem with street parking. It was perfect for our visit and would highly recommend. Will happily visit again on our next trip to Chicago. Thank you , April!

Great place to stay

This apartment was perfect for us while visiting family in Evanston. It is just as described. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was very comfortable and exactly as listed. We had an extended stay and they had all the amenities you would need as guest. Street parking right in front of property was never a problem. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed having an outdoor space.

Fabulous Evanston stay

Came to visit our daughter and had an incredible stay. This is one of the cleanest and well maintained properties we have stayed at. Everything was fabulous and we had no concerns or issues. The Evanston area was very nice and quiet.

They thought of everything!

This was our best experience renting! Nothing was forgotten! It was very clean and very quiet and came with all the extras we needed! I would definitely recommend this property!

A wonderful second stay

This was my second stay at the Harvey House. It is a jewel. The host is quick to respond to texts which was very helpful when I realized I needed to extend my stay. The house and furnishings are in top condition. The kitchen is very well stocked and labeled. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and beautiful home.

First time visiting Chicago. The home was beautiful clean and had everything we needed to make our trip memorable. Loved that there were actual spices in the kitchen and I left a bottle of EVOO for the next guest. Chicago is too big for a 3 day trip and we will definitely be returning.

So Peaceful!

This place was just amazing. We came to check out the city but didn't want to stay in the city. The commute to Chicago, the Navy Pier, etc, not bad at all. After our long touristy days we were able to come home and relax. The stocked kitchen was so nice because we were able to cook up some meals. Thanks so much!

Well thought out

This property has a lot of nice touches for a temporary stay. All the horizontal surfaces are not crowded with knick knacks. There are USB chargers in the lamps in the master bedroom along with in several outlets around the place. The towels and sheets are nice. The place is well-maintained and comparable to how I would set up my own place. We felt right at home.

Great Choice

We loved our 2 week stay at the apartment near our children. The location was great, the apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped. The only thing I would change would be the TV service. We didn't understand ROKU and would suggest a cable TV subscription for guests.

Loved it!

The location was something straight out of a movie. Seen kids walking home from school, Halloween decorations on the houses and the beautiful changing colors of the trees. The home was everything it advertised along with a great little book I used to do some work while enjoying the sound of the neighborhood high school practicing band through the window. Overall the place exceeded my expectations. It even had a couple coffee pods to welcome us in. Love it!

Cute Apartment

Booked this looking for extra room than a hotel in the city. Was perfect for our family of five. Parking was not a problem at the street. Commuted in and out Chicago was approximately 40 minutes. Pretty public beaches nearby will cost you parking and daily pass but was a welcomed break from going into the city. Apartment is well stocked with towels and household items.

Clean well-equipped apartment we rented it because one of our party of three is handicapped and we wanted him to have his own bathroom unfortunately the pipes froze in the main shower and the sink drain did not work in the other bathroom Host sent a heater but it took two days to get the shower the Apartment is well decorated and very clean we would rent it again it was just unfortunate the weather was so bad

Evanston apartment

We have stayed in this apartment many times, and in one stretch, for 3+ months. We always try to get this apartment every time we come to Evanston. It’s clean, it has all the amenities you can ask for and it’s in a great neighborhood. The owner is also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it.
