La persona que nos atendió en el check in, muy mal, mala actitud, no encontraba nuestra reservación, duramos casi 3 HRS para poder ir a nuestro cuarto, y era ya de madrugada, lo que queríamos era descansar, la verdad lo sentimos discriminatorio

Staff didn’t know what was going on at check in. We got the wrong room and actually had to pay for an additional room. Restaurant also had no clue. We were told the kitchen was close 1.5 hours before they actually close…

good stay for the money
It was a nice clean hotel but you could hear kids running around upstairs and people flushing their toilets which was a bit bothersome. overall it was decent though.

Had a very enjoyable weekend stay. My son took me away for my birthday. Everyone was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable would definitely stay again.

This is our 5th Christmas Eve stay at this Doubletree. The staff is always friendly. The beds are comfortable. The entry welcoming.

Unfortunately our room was dirty when we arrived. We never were able to get house keeping to come to our room. Had to ask front desk for lots of things.

Staff was super friendly. Hallways could have used a vacuum. Rooms were very clean. Bed quite comfortable. I would stay again.
