Buen hotel y económico
La habitación bien , el hotel está muy básico en cuanto a sus instalaciones pero está bien ubicado y muy limpio así que me gusto

La cama era súper incomoda, había insectos dentro del cuarto, el baño no estaba limpio y solo dejaron un papel higiénico y no era nuevo.

sehr ruhige Lage, sehr Zentrumsnah, sehr hilfsbereites freundliches Personal, große Zimmer mit geräumigen Schränken, sehr gute Klimaanlage, kleiner aber geräumiger Kühlschank, ich würde dieses Hotel für asiatische Verhältnisse auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen. Ich vermisse dieses Hotel und das sehr zuvorkommende freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Personal sehr. An alle die sich für dieses Hotel entscheiden sollten habe ich eine Bemerkung zu machen. Etwas Thai Kenntnisse sind hier sehr zum Vorteil und öffnet die Herzen der Hotelangestellten. Diese sind für jedes thailändische Wort sehr dankbar wenn man sie begrüßt. Auch eine freundliche Geste des thailändischen WAI´s sind dort immer angebracht und bedeuten ein Zeichen der Dankbarkeit und des Respekts gegenüber anderen.

全員で4部屋の使用だったが、全ての部屋でお湯が出ない。朝方にはも出なくなった。チェックアウト時間前に追い出されるメンバーも二組あった。ロケーションも悪く絶対お勧めできない。

Booked standard room. Musty and hard bed with no pillow top.(Was advertised with pillow top) Spoke to manager. Offered upgrade for addition charge. Showed website stating room had pillow top mattress. Fee for upgrade waived. After that smooth sailing. In future I would book the superior room. Close to town in a quiet area. Front desk staff were not that friendly but I think it was because they did not speak English well and my Thai is not great. I did have a few chats with the housekeeping staff which I enjoyed. Overall not a bad experience.

Det var et rigtig godt hotel stille og rolig. Der er ikke lang til noget du har det hele omkring dig. En frisk gå tur på 5 min så er du op i byen.

Cold concrete
This huge concrete block was reminiscent of a bunker. After checking in, it took staff 40 minutes to connect the water supply to the bathroom the scary part is, we were the only guests in this huge hotel complex of many rooms. the staff were noncommittal the cold concrete block feel of the place was most uncomfortable. I cannot in all honesty recommend this hotel to anyone .

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Das Personal ist freundlich, spricht aber sehr schlecht Englisch. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag geputzt und es gab neue Handtücher - da gab es nichts auszusetzen. Nach der zweiten Nacht fing es im Bad an etwas zu riechen, im Zimmer hat man es aber nicht gemerkt. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart, aber okay. Manko: Bis zur Innenstadt war es schon ein 10-15 minütiger Fussmarsch, was für uns aber machbar war.

직원들은 상당히 순박하고 친절한 인상을 주었으나 공사로 좀 어수선하였으며 그각격대로는 적당하다고 느껴지는 호텔 이였음

They let me check in early, which was nice. What I didn't realize was that the room was cheap price because there were charges for everything (ie food, phone, taxi). But overall the service was Ok.

清潔感もありスタッフもとても一生懸命やってくれました。歩いて行けるところにはレストランやバーもあって、観光してホテルに戻ってきても出歩けるので便利でした。リーズナブルで、値段からしたらとても良いホテルだと思います。

Inexpensive, Big room and safe
It was inexpensive and only 80 Baht from Bus Station. It's a 400 Baht trip to the International Airport, but right near the old airport. Close to downtown, you can walk or cheap tuk tuk. Room was large and clean and western. It's a motel, so covered individual parking connected to room. Felt very safe; very large entrance and parking. Staff at night didn't speak any English and couldn't find my reservation, but were friendly and during the day the staff was very helpful and understood enough. Ask for eggs and toast for breakfast; cooked to order. Coffee station was minimal but fine. Very large property set off the road. Wasn't busy but the lobby and entrance was nice. Comfortable and inexpensive

3 nuits à Chiang Raï - Hotel "GOLDEN LAND"
même si le personnel ne maîtrise pas parfaitement l'anglais, il y a toujours quelqu'un qui essaiera de fournir le renseignement demandé. l'hôtel se trouve (à pied) à 15 minutes de la place centrale, l'horloge illuminée. Bien penser à prendre une carte de visite de l'hôtel, c'est utile pour se faire ramener en taxi ou tchuk tchuk en fin de soirée si on ne veut pas marcher. Dernière chose : la réception met à disposition de l'eau chaude avec tasse, pratique si on a ses propres sachets de thé ou café soluble. Un grand frigo aussi, les boissons fraiches se vendant au prix d'un magasin 7shop. Petit point négatif : les cloisons sont légères, donc on entend les voisins tard le soir ou au réveil le matin, mais bon vu le prix sympa...on tolère largement.

Hôtel très calme situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et d'un bon confort. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, mais on arrive toujours à se faire comprendre.

ห้องพักฝุ่นเยอะมากค่ะ วันนั้นที่ไปพัก ฝารองชักโครกก็แค่วางไว้เฉย ๆ ไม่ได้ติดน๊อ คิ้วกันเปื้อนที่พื้นห้องก็ผุ มีไม้แหลม ๆ ยื่นออกมา ในตู้เสื้อผ้ายังมีเสื้อแขกที่ลืมไว้ไม่ได้หยิบออกอีกค่ะ

A Pleasant Stay
We were surprised to see its nice and big rooms. Room service is good. Staff are friendly. You will get really relxed in this nice hotel. Easy to go to everywhere as Chiang Rai is a small town. And good for budget! However, it was shown on my on-line booking acknowledgement that breakfast was included but what the hotel received stated the opposite. I think it was the problem of the on-line booking company. I sent many emails to the booking company but all failed. I hope that hotels.com can fixed this problem.

最低限を満たしたホテル
料金に見合った内容でした。机や棚が壊れたまま放置されていましたが、ベッドメイキングや洗面所が清潔に保たれている点、エアコン完備の点、無料の飲料用水（小瓶）を2本冷蔵庫で冷やしておいてくれている点など、個人的に最低限ちゃんとしていて欲しい点が満たされていたので満足です。

市街地に近い広い敷地の静かなホテル
バスターミナルから徒歩圏にあるも、静かな敷地の広いホテルです。スタッフの対応も感じよく、フレンドリーでした。スペーリアで２泊しました。部屋はゆったりとひろく居心地がよかったです。ゲストの希望にも対応していただきました。セイフティボックスがなく、フロントでも預ってもらえなっかたのが唯一の不満です。 でもこの料金でこの内容、次回も利用したいと思います。

You Get What You Pay For
This hotel is obviously old and on the verge of being run-down. The staff was kind and professional, but the hotel itself it just old. It did not seem like anyone else was staying there. If you just want a place to sleep and do not mind the hotel's condition and comfort then it might be an OK place to stay.

One of the worst hotel!
I am not happy for staying at this hotel. The hotel was old since the entrance until the room door. Hotel staff were unfriendly and they were not quality understood of communication. Breakfast was not American buffet and it took so long ordered. Fortunately, I got some breakfast at the local restaurant where is around the hotel. And hotel facilities were not ready to use such as; the building lights, the entrance doors and etc. The hotel was far from the Chieng Rai Night bazaar and it was in street so far from the main road, town.

距長途巴士站約1.5公里，房間寬敞明亮舒適，價格低廉，但是整體欠維護。房間內沒有煮水壺，但是大廳有熱水瓶，早晨在大廳有免費咖啡、茶等。
