Negativo
Dejé a guardar un vaso o bote de agua costoso en la recepción, con una de las recepcionistas, de nombre Purnita, y en la noche que pregunté, ella me dijo que lo tiró. Eso es una mentira. Era un bote costoso. El año pasado también me hospeda ahí y me abrieron la maleta.

Magnifica, desde que llegamos nos hicieron sentir en casa por su amabilidad. Las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, elegantes. El Hotel con una excelente ubicación. Todo el personal dispuesto a darnos la mejor atención un servicio de primera. Mi estancia fue realmente placentera, lo recomiendo ampliamente

This hotel is my regular stay when I come to Chennai. You can freely go in and out of Express Avenue, so you can enjoy meals, shopping, movies, etc. regardless of the weather. The hotel staff is very kind and willing to give you advice. I come to see movies during Pongal and am very satisfied because there is a movie theater next door. I would like to stay again next time.

Very bad service
1st impression. No one to greet at arrival. There was only one thin guy who addresses guest by "yeah, what u want? Bad language and attitude. Shocking. No basic manners. Then the rest is history. The ambience. The staffs carry the same attitude. In the Room, there is No basic toiletries like dental kit and room slippers and even tissue box provided. When called housekeeping they said rudely its only provided upon request. In the bathroom, the tap is 30cm above the sink which is plate shaped which causes water to splash on us whenever we try to wash hands. Never seen such a design in any hotels we stayed so far. Breakfast - most importantly guests must understand that this hotel is a vegetarian hotel. There is not even egg provided during breakfast. Very limited bfast options. I would never recommend anyone to tbis hotel.

great hotel if shopping is your goal. i ended up with a whole new wardrobe. driver that got me from airport to hotel, and then down to pondicherry was a delightful man. staff members Karthick and Mani were polite and competent

Comfortable
First of all the breakfast is very helpful. You can just come down and have the breakfast without stepping out and wanting to figure out where to go. So, you might want to buy the breakfast package. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There was construction going on in the area when I was there, but nothing within the hotel. Also, the hotel is attached to a mall, so you can just walk to the mall to get your lunch. I was working remotely so this helped me immensely. There are always autos or tuk-tuks waiting outside the hotel for travel, if you need.

このホテルをベースにチェンナイ近郊まで観光する人にとって最高のロケーション。スーパーマーケットや映画館・フードコートのあるショッピングモールとつながっているので、利便性が高くインド映画ファンだとここから出なくても全て用が足りてしまうぐらい。 スタッフも親切で頼んだことは間違い無くやってくれました。

Je recommande, très bien situé
Bon hotel bien situé dans le centre commercial avec tout à proximité, ceci est vraiment un atout. Comme occidental, je n'ai pas aimé le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont très spacieux, plutôt moderne mais la qualité des matériau serait peut être à revoir. Cependant je suis très content et j'y reviendrai

Stayed for a day. The location and facilities are excellent....staff were very helpful. Bala went out of his way to make our trip comfortable. Amit and Solomon were very helpful and friendly. The dinner could be improved...but servers were very attentive. Will stay again.
