We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. "Great flat local to Gloucester and the docks. Sometimes the out of hours contact was hard to get hold of but that is no way a negative on the flat. Very tidy and clean with all basic items you need."
