Exceed All Expectations

The unit exceeded our expectations in every way. There was every comfort of home and then some. Tower were cozy blankets, lots of pillows/towels and some great games. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Top notch check in/check out. The only discrepancy between the listing and the unit was it was advertised as including bunk beds. There was a king bed and a queen. Made no difference to us, but might to a different family

No communication, misleading listing

The home had a broken washer (traveling with kids, this was one main reason I booked it for a week long), Fridge had the water and ice make broken, laundry door was ready to fall off the hinges, carpets were dirty and at the end of their lives, bath courtain was molded and nasty, cleanliness was lacking in the bathrooms. This listing has a bunk bed (they count 3 of the beds in this bunk bed) and this was misleading. I called multiple times and reps were nice, nothing EVER got fixed and due to these issues especially the broken washer, we had to leave 1 day earlier. Vacasa answers emails once every 2 weeks apparently due to overwhelming call volumes. If you book with them you’re practically on your own of anything breaks or is unsafe. I wish id looked elsewhere and booked with more respectable company.

Enjoyed our stay!

This property was well stocked-kitchen items, plenty of towels, quite a few blankets (for relaxing on the couch) and even had extra paper towels. (FYI-the second bedroom had bunk beds which were “double sized beds). Enjoyed the deck furniture, especially in the morning when it was still cooler outside. Loved our stay!

Great location! Just needs a little attention to be a 5 star place!

Huge beds! Nice furnishings. Need to clean walls is master bathroom. They were absolutely gross! More than two towels and one wash cloth would of been nice for the weekend plus hot tub! Kitchen is sparsely furnished as well.

Condo near the lake

Location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown Chelan, the beach, and many other fun activities. Because of the trees with the RV park, we couldn’t see the lake from our balcony. Pool and jacuzzi was nice, just should be able to use it 24 hours and not just to 10 pm. We were able to sleep 6 comfortably, beds were very comfy. Bathrooms were clean, just needed some more bath towels. Kitchen had all the supplies that we needed. WIFI was a little slow, except in the guest bedroom. They had extra supplies in the closet if needed. A couple things I believe shouldn’t be in there, for example used toothbrushes and razors. Overall, a good experience and a great place to stay.

Lake Chelan condo

This condo is perfect for a stay in Chelan--so convenient to everything. Walking distance to the public beach (Don Morse Park) and to kayak/SUP/boat rentals. Walking distance to two grocery stores and many restaurants. Not far from downtown and all the other attractions. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

This place delivered as advertised. It was close to downtown, clean, and had every amenity we'd want. It was clear that care had been taken to make guests feel welcome, which is much appreciated. We'd stay in this condo again!

Clean and we'll-maintained

The property is within walking distance of Starbucks and 2 grocery stores. The hot tub is huge! The beds are comfy.
