Perfect location!! Two minute walk to downtown Chatham. Lovely view from the house to the harbor. The house is well appointed but could use updating and the living areas are separate from each other so not a great flow for families. Having said that, I would stay there again as the pluses definitely outweigh the minuses.

Another excellent stay in Chatham

This is our third year renting this property with our family of four plus another family of four. There's plenty of space for both families, the two large dining tables and two sitting areas are great for time at home, and the view and proximity to town are spectacular. We'll be back again!

Amazing house in an amazing location

The house has everything you could need, is super spacious, and you could not ask for a better location. We had 6 adults and 3 young children staying at the house and it was able to comfortable accomodate all of us, while also having something everyone enjoyed. There was a plethora of kids toys, lots of space and games in the backyard, and a beautiful patio to enjoy your morning coffee. It is a short walk to downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. We also rented kayaks for the week and took advantage of Little Mill Pond! Overall, a great experience and would definitely rent here again!

Great Cape getaway

A great place to stay right in Chatham! The place was well appointed and had everything we needed (and more!). Keith and Linda were super helpful in giving us more information to prepare for a member of our group who uses a cane. They were also great at communication before our stay. We had such a wonderful time staying here for a wedding at CBI. The house was clean with a gorgeous view and we loved the many options of bedrooms for every age we have in family of 9 people. Also, the stroll into town was a huge bonus. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Perfect location

The property is perfectly situated- close to Main Street, Chatham but very peaceful and relaxing on a side street with very little traffic. The pond views are amazing. The house is well maintained and has lots of room for everyone. The patio furniture is plentiful and everyone can curl up and take in the views.

Wonderful Week

This is the second time we have stayed at this property with our family and it is a perfect location. When all the kids go to bed, all the adults are able to continue to enjoy the great view of Mill Pond from the backyard. We recommend this house over and over again.

Wonderful Cape Cod stay

The Chatham home was great for being outside, enjoying the waterfront views and walking to Main Street. Great cornhole boards, outdoor Jenga, and fishing poles provided outdoor fun. The patio umbrellas were also appreciated. The Chatham lighthouse and pier fish market were so close. Bike rental shop was right down the lane. The kitchen had everything to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner easily. Highly recommend this home for the quintessential Cape Cod experience. Linda was also very helpful with information before arriving and during our stay.

Beautiful

We thoroughly enjoined our stay at the 4 Homestead house. Beautiful weather and a lovely back patio from which to enjoy it. A very short walk into charming Chatham. One slight negative—upstairs bedrooms, other than master, did not have comfortable mattresses. 80 year old and 3 young adults complained. Lots of walking and outside time helped!

Absolutely great property for a get together. Plenty of space and the views are amazing. Walk to downtown Chatham and enjoy everything it offers. Perfect for families, friends even just a weekend getaway. Owners were wonderful and accommodating. Truly a special place.

This was our 32nd+ annual girls trip

Loved, Loved, LOVED everything about our stay! The location was perfect; you could walk to everything. And the house had the most beautiful view! The kitchen is very well appointed and the sitting rooms were so cozy. We used every room in the house, as well as the 2 areas out on the patio. A really wonderful trip to a great house, a charming town and wonderful friends. Linda and Keith were very responsive and totally delightful!

Fabulous Experience

From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was perfect. The VRBO is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The workspace is separate and closed off which is exactly what our son needed.The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time even though the weather did not fully cooperate! The owners Linda and Keith were responsive to any questions. There is also a three ring binder with all the information one needs. In my opinion this VRBO gets a 10 out of 10.

Magical Weekend

The stay at the property could not have been more perfect. The view, the walkability to town, the ability for everyone to be together, yet have their own private space for their families. We were sorry our time had here had to end.
