"Gorgeous well stocked home accommodated our large family in style!! Plenty of Beach & Pool towels, beach chairs, and kitchen appliances for all of our meals! Loved the house and Chatham! Walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. So Fun!"

"We had such an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and had so much space for our family to relax and enjoy. The pool was incredible — the kids practically lived in it the whole trip! The hot tub was also a wonderful bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and even better than expected. The hosts were fantastic — quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect...

"Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!!...

"We love returning to this home every summer, and love Chatham! This home is beautiful. It's in a perfect location, a very close walk to everything downtown- all the shops & restaurants. We love the decor, beautifully east-coast. The home is quiet, clean, very comfortable and has all that you need. We return to it every year so that's our highest rating you can read from us! "

"Lovely sprawling home with plenty of space for a crowd to linger and cozy bedrooms. I only wish my entire family were staying, and we could utilize all the amenities it had to offer. The grounds were also lovely with a large deck surrounding. We’ll be back!"

"It was a beautiful spot, and the view cannot be beat! The host was super responsive and able to help us when we had trouble with the grill. We had a really great time and LOVED that our dogs could come with us. The beach was great, but a bunch of rocks washed up that made water shoes absolutely necessary. Not sure if that happens often? They were gone by the end of the week. The Sailing Cow was a 4 minute walk and was a great spot for a little beach drink. And dinner at the nearby Pelham...

"We had a great time with friends in this beautiful home that was very spacious for all of us to move around! We spent much of our time in the pool and hot tub! Can't wait to go back! "

"This is a wonderful home and Elaine is a terrific host, extremely responsive. The inside of the house was immaculate, We used the 2 big bedrooms upstairs with very comfortable beds. "Perfect location!! Two minute walk to downtown Chatham. Lovely view from the house to the harbor. The house is well appointed but could use updating and the living areas are separate from each other so not a great flow for families. Having said that, I would stay there again as the pluses definitely outweigh the minuses. "
