"The started off a little rocky, but our host was most helpful. We enjoyed wonderful weather (even thunderstorms in the UP are amazing), saw unmatched natural beauty, and managed to find a few special rocks. We definitely will come back."

"This is our second trip staying at Kim’s cabin. She always has everything you need and a very clean house. We brought a couple of grandkids and our three dogs this time and it’s so nice having a fenced in yard so the dogs can run around in as soon as I figured out how to use the doggie door. "This cottage is very comfortable in a safe, calm and peaceful setting. It had everything we needed and we were even able to borrow dog beds to make sure our dogs didn't get cozy on furniture! It is a perfect location to explore Copper country. We did several hikes in the area including Mt. Baldy, Black Creek, Eagle Harbor trails, Horseshoe Harbor, and the trail in the town of Central. After hiking in the rain one day, we fired up the common sauna for some extra relaxation."

Location was a quick 30” trip into Houghton but far enough away from tech to avoid the congestion of a graduation weekend. Such a gem to be located right on beautiful Lake Superior. We’ve already booked a stay for next year! "

"My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful cozy cottage. There is a lot of sights to see at this centrally located rental. We would defintely stay again and recommend this place. It was very clean and comfortable. We visited many historical sites, fished off the dock, grilled, and sat by the firepit in the evenings. The view is beautiful!"

"This was our second stay here, and just as impressive as the first! The house is beautiful with nearly every window giving you a view of the Huron Bay and all the comforts you would expect (and more). The grounds are spacious and well maintained, and also offer you many perspectives of the bay to enjoy sunsets and stars!! The hosts are friendly, attentive and offered great communication. I don't think we have stayed in a more completely fantastic VRBO ever and we are already looking forward to...
