    Located in the heart of Manzanita, this house is just a quarter-mile walk down the street from the beach and within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants that line Laneda Avenue. Spend the day beachcombing and dipping your toes in the waves then grab a bite to eat at El Trio Loco Dos, Bread and Ocean, or Left Coast Siesta before a nightcap at San Dune Pub.



    Greet the day with some fresh coffee in the sunroom and a hearty breakfast prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. If the weather doesn't cooperate, stoke a fire in the woodstove and play some board games, read a book, surf the free WiFi, or watch a DVD on the flatscreen cable TV. The bed in the master bedroom is very noisy and mattress very firm but other than that, beautiful vacation home. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a fantastic house to stay in for our four days in Manzanita. It was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect: close to the shops, restaurants, beach and only a short walk to the larger grocery store. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy stay In Manzanita.

Cozy and Close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Just off the main drag of Laneda, it's a pleasant walk to the beach, shops, the bay. It was perfect for our needs. Clean, and well furnished, the house made our stay quite pleasant.

Lounging in Manzanita

My sister and niece and i had a great time at Cottage by the Sea. We couch surfed walked around town, comuned with the beach and had a lovely time. The cottage was well equipped and very homey.

The house location is a comfortable distance from the beach and accessible to the grocery store and eateries. The wind protected back patio was pleasant to rest in and read in. Plenty of night light.
