At the heart of the home is a spacious, chef-inspired kitchen built for connection and entertaining. Features include:

High-end appliances throughout. Cable and Wifi are included, ensuring you stay connected while enjoying your time away.

The home offers five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to accommodate both comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a queen bed and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms include a mix of queen and full beds, along with a dedicated kids’ room featuring two sets of bunk beds—ideal for younger guests. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children.
The remaining two full bathrooms are conveniently located among the guest bedrooms, with one offering a tub/shower combination and the other a walk-in shower, ensuring ease and accessibility for larger groups.
With both air conditioning and heat, the home provides year-round comfort. Each space has been thoughtfully designed with both functionality and relaxation in mind, creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone can feel at home.

The living spaces are just as inviting. A large-screen TV sits beside a natural wood-burning stone fireplace, creating a cozy spot to relax. Located right on the narrows of Lake Charlevoix, you’re just a few miles from downtown Charlevoix and a short drive to Petoskey. You can also take an easy day trip to Traverse City or head north to Mackinaw for a ferry ride to the island.
