The villa was the perfect accommodation for our family celebration. Great location, plenty of room and really enjoyed the spacious outdoor patio that allowed us all to gather and relax outside after a long day of excursions. Would highly recommend!

Very comfortable with great common space. Two of the bathrooms had too small shower and sinks. Parking extremely tight. Front door knob/lock very difficult. We were four ladies and loved our time here. We had everything we needed (with the exception of laundry detergent to start towels on check out). Nice linens, comfortable beds. We would stay again.

Great place for a girl's weekend! In great walking distance of King's St and various other places. Clean place that was easy to access and had all we needed. Was a safe environment as well. Overall a very enjoyable stay!!

The apartment was very loud, people upstairs were walking around all night. Parking was very difficult, must back out over 100 feet. Dog park only accessible by walking a 1/4 mile. Not recommended..

Great stay & location

Overall, very happy with our stay. Fast response times from hosts/property manager. Parking was easy, home was clean, rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Great location, walking distance to upper king and lots of food and coffee options close by. I would recommend and stay again.

Great stay

We stayed at this location Dec. 26-30, 2024. The location was perfect for our group as it was walkable to King Street. The house was very clean and plenty of room for this group of seven. Everything was as described in the listing. However, if you have a problem whatsoever with noise, this may not be a good choice. Parking is tight but very doable. We had a large SUV & a great driver! I would pick this place again if I knew there was no one above me. The noise really had nothing to do specifically with the people, it really was more about no sound barriers between the floors. Great location, great layout and very clean. The agency was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.I the floors.

Good property and nice location. The common area is a bit small if you have all 4 bedrooms filled. But if you are out and about all day, not a problem.

Nice spacious 4 bedroom in great location

Girlfriends weekend, really liked the fact the space had 4 bedrooms each with separate bath. Very walkable to King Street & downtown (about 1.5 miles each way). Nice big gathering area in kitchen/living room & nice space outside with fountains. We were in downstairs unit & you can hear movement from upstairs unit, but did not bother us.

Our party consisted of 4 couples. It was very nice because each couple had their own bedroom & bathroom The location was great because it was an easy walk to king street We arrived early which was not a problem because there was a lockable storage area on the property for your luggage

Charleston 61 Cannon

Four Master BR’s with private baths is a rarity to find. This placed filled the bill for our group of four couples. The only negative was parking. The lot is very narrow and tight, especially for SUV’s and trucks. Only having one assigned parking spot with a four bedroom condo is a major downer for this property. They give you a list of parking garages but the closest one is about a half mile away. For this reason I couldn’t rate the unit 5 stars.

Lovely but loud

The property itself is really lovely. Open, great space for the five of us. Each bedroom had a nice bathroom. Location is great too. But the unit itself has no sound barrier between the up and downstairs units, or the outside walls. So we could hear everything that was happening upstairs and outside. Someone in our group was woken up many times each night by noise. I guess that’s why there was a basket with earplugs on the kitchen counter and noise machines in each bedroom! It was spring break so hopefully in other times it’s quieter. Would def not recommend for light sleepers or families with small kids.

Great Location

Within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and in a safe area. Property management was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here again.
