"This property is in a great location if your goal is to be close to the nightlife and party scene. The home itself was clean, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish.That said, for a group of moms hoping for a relaxing girls’ weekend, it ended up being a much louder stay than expected. The nearby music was extremely loud late into the night — the windows were literally shaking until around 2 AM, and one night the DJ started back up again until nearly 3 AM....

"Such a cute spot! My girlfriends and I had the best time here. Perfect for a small group of friends! There was some construction going on during our stay, they started pretty early in the morning but otherwise they weren’t a bother."

"Perfect for our family of 4. Close enough to everything with a short drive and a short walk to a coffee shop! Host was responsive when I reached out. "

"Stayed here with a friend for a girls weekend! It was perfect. Steps from the beach, pool, coffee shops, and restaurants! Apartment is small but worked for us. We loved the deck. Place was very clean! Only complaint was The couch was broken and held up with towels. Hopefully that gets fixed soon!"

"We stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the view from the balcony and listening the ocean every night while we had our cocktails. The condo was nicely decorated and had a full sized fridge, freezer (with ice trays) and coffee maker. We bought groceries from the grocery just down street. Bring your own coffee, they have plenty of filters and mugs. It was a perfect location and close to a few bars and restaurants and the beach! We contacted a local company to rent beach chairs and an umbrella....

"We arrived earlier before check in. Called and asked if we would be able to park and get an extra parking pass for another guest. Spoke to someone and was told we would get a call back. No returned call. Finally decided to check into condo at 7 pm to find out the condo had not been cleaned. No clean sheets, towels, Nothing! Called and cleaning service arrived promptly! Wake up the next morning to a moist floor- from the dishwasher had leaked. Very musty in the home ."

"Excellent room with everything you need for the stay. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels and good shower. Perfect instructions from host. Nicely decorated condo, perfect for two people. Balcony/deck with nice view. Only suggestion would be a little later checkout. 10 o’clock seems a little early. No chance to enjoy the beach before having to leave. Would highly recommend this particular unit as I believe each condo is slightly different in comfort."
