This property provides idealistic views of the ocean and is right next to the pool. The island is safe and has lots to do for people who like to get outside. This property provides a spacious homebase that is even good on rainy days.

Great location

Very nice property that is incredibly well located. Very clean and with ocean views. The property sits directly across the street from the pool and the beach. The star of the unit is the two sided deck, that allows for both sun and shade.

Fantastic Seabrook Stay

We had a great stay at Atrium Villa. The views are fantastic. The condo is conveniently located across from the beach and pool complex. The condo is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. I higher recommend the condo!

Wonderful villa with all the amenities and superb location!

This is the 4th visit to Seabrook Island and the best place that we have stayed! I absolutely loved the decor in every room. Super clean, awesome location right across the street from the beach and Beach Club pool, and having access with the Amenity Card! Easy to work with the property manager and fast communication. Would highly recommend and plan on returning next year!

Wonderful property & ocean view!

My wife and I are both fussy and this was our first time renting on Vrbo. This was also our first visit to Seabrook Island. We picked this property based on the pictures and positive reviews. The condo was perfect for us — in terms of location, spaciousness, and the fantastic ocean views. My wife and I had a wonderful 5 night stay and have re-booked to return next year!

Perfect vacation and property

We had an amazing vacation. The Villa was perfect with an amazing view of the ocean and easy access to the pool, beach and club house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We could not have asked for anything better.

Best Atrium with the BEST VIEW

I will definitely stay here again! We were in Seabrook for my daughter's wedding and how nice to just walk home from the reception at the clubhouse! This Atrium is beautifully decorated, such comfortable beds and furniture and just an A+ place to stay. Best view of all Atriums - ocean view out every window! Went into other Atriums where we had guests staying and hands down, this was the nicest one! Great job! And Carl is fabulous about getting back to you right away if you have a question! KUDOS! IBPolk

Perfect Stay!

We had a great experience at this property. The condo was super clean, nicely arranged, and everything was as expected. Carl was very responsive leading up to the trip to answer our check-in questions. This place was perfect for us attending a wedding at seabrook being close to the ocean terrace, pool/beach, and the seabrook island club. Great views from the deck as well. We loved this stay!
