This was a perfect location from which to explore Charleston for a few days. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Lovely neighborhood! Host was quick to respond to questions. Check-in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was spacious and clean and fully equipped with all our needs. Especially appreciated the comfy beds, fluffy towels, and the owners’ beautiful art throughout the home. StayDuvet was very helpful and communicative about the check-in and check-out process. This was also the nicest dog friendly property we ever rented! We had a lovely time in a great location.

Rick and Carol could not have been nicer. Their apartment is lovely and we appreciated having a second bathroom, though one was very small. There were many pluses for the location, Bad Bunnies coffee, restaurants,& shopping and enjoying Rick & Carol's hospitality. The "negative" was with Stay Duvet. The Apartment was very clean. However, the supplies were minimal. We 4 women were staying for 6 nights. We were given 4 washrags, 2 black wash clothes for makeup (did not want to share those), 2 hand towels, 4 extra rolls of toilet tissue that were small to start with. When we asked for more toilet tissue we were told that we would have to buy them. (This is the first time that any of us had been told to buy our own toilet tissue when staying as a guest ). Could hardly believe that 4 women were expected to use a total of 6 wash clothes for a 6 night stay!! Charleston is a fabulous city & I hope to return but will avoid Stay Duvet.

This was a great property for our family. Great layout inside for both privacy and togetherness. Walkable to great restaurants and King St. On-site parking made it easy to have a car.

Needed much better toilet paper. Also, tissue box would have been nice. Neighbor above had young child that wore her dance shoes on the hard floors early in the morning. Roku TV needed more explanation.

This was the perfect place for our annual sisters’ week stay in Charleston. We could not have found a more comfortable, well located home for our week. Everything was clean, comfortable and within walking distance of many fine restaurants, two great coffee shops and a store just around the corner that had everything we needed. It was also quiet, air conditioned and had a parking space for our car. We couldn’t have found anything better.

Rubin vacation

First time in Charleston and we had a great time. The house was perfect and we could walk everywhere. Stay Duvet does a great job. Met the owners of the home and they were great as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Super clean and lovely dwelling

While we weren't afforded the ability to park onsite (this became apparent as we pulled up to the home) as the brick driveway project was underway, alternatives were quickly provided to us by the owner and property manager. While not ideal, we managed. Upon request, we were provided more than fair compensation for this inconvenience.The owner, Rick, was concerned and caring- a class act.Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed Rick and Carol's home as well as its location.Highly recommend!

Charming house in a great location!

A great house located close to downtown Charleston. The house was very cute with a lot of great touches. Much of the (excellent) artwork in the house was by the owner. That was a pleasant surprise. Everything we could need was provided. The beds were very comfortable. The house was immaculate. I don't know how the house could have been better.
