    ✔Please be aware that the unit is accessed via stairs, providing a lovely view of the neighborhood and creating a peaceful, elevated retreat for your stay. This is a second-floor apartment, entered through the front door. The backyard is a shared area for all guests to enjoy.

    ✔The apartment is located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Downtown Charleston—steps from King Street and some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. It`s about 20 minutes to Isle of Palm, Sullivan Island, and Folly Beach.
    ✔You can walk to many nearby restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The property is steps from Cannon Green. Ubers are the prefferred method of transportation.

    LISTING NOTES:
    ✔If a mandatory evacuation order for Charleston County is in effect during the dates of your stay, you will be refunded. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather such as hurricanes, we recommend you get traveler`s insurance.
    ✔Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
    ✔Pet fee required to be paid at time of booking if bringing a pet. Dogs only.
    ✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
    ✔The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.
    -Dogs are welcome, but prior approval is required before booking. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the backyard, as it is a shared space. A pet fee will be automatically applied when you include your dog’s information in the reservation.

    - Quiet hours 10pm-8am.

    -Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

    -Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

    -Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.

    ✔We are a pet friendly property and gladly welcome dogs. Please note that only dogs are permitted and a pet fee applies per stay.

    ✔IMPORTANT ANIMAL LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION
    The Property Management Company (“Manager”) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.

    The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

    -Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property;
    -Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or
    -Any violation of the property’s pet policy or house rules.

    Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guest’s occupancy without refund.
    Guests are encouraged to carry personal liability coverage through their homeowner’s, renter’s, or travel insurance policies for potential animal-related incidents.

    This clause shall survive the termination of any rental agreement or guest occupancy.

We loved that we were about 700 feet from the best coffee shop…Bad Bunnies !! Carol who is the owner & Brandon the best coffee maker were so nice and the coffee shop was booming !!! Delicious coffee cake too !

The apartment is smaller than it looks online. The furniture is getting old. The outdoor space is overgrown. The walk is not too bad to get to shopping and dining. 15-20 minute walk. The contact person was helpful. Overall good experience.

Friends' Getaway

This apartment was unbelievable! So many details were taken into consideration for the traveler, whether we had been to Charleston or as our friends who had only seen the city by bus!Everything was extremely clean: kitchen, bedrooms and baths were spotless and well equipped.Location was ideal for accessing King St on foot and the major sights by car/uber.We highly recommend this apartment and hosts!!!

Good location, nice beds

We did a weekend at this property, and we felt the location and walk towards shopping and restaurants was great. The beds were very nice, and the rooms were as described. We didn’t use the outdoor space, but there were stairs leading to it. Definitely bring your own coffee and toiletries for the bathroom! We used two of the three rooms, so the value from a downtown hotel may have been better but overalll good!
