Beautifully decorated and clean. The property and island are gorgeous. The initial automated communication from the company, itrip, informing the tenant of their expectations, is brash-sounding and off-putting, but maybe they have had bad experiences. A better quality mattress and hotter water would have been nice. They did send workers to try to fix these issues, and communication was good.

Not even a box of tissues. I have been using vrbo for over 25 years. As far as amenities this was the cheapest furnished. We were lucky that only one of us fell on the living room rug. We had to put benches on the two ends that were raised. An accident/lawsuit waiting to happen..on the positive. It was clean. Never again!!

The property was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. A nice quiet neighborhood. Our favorite thing was the screened in porch - we spent mornings and evenings out there and the screening is excellent - not a single bug. The condo was set up very well for a family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach was too far for us to walk - but we were able to strap ride on our bikes in just a few minutes. The beach was extremely clean, beautiful, and not crowded. We did have a problem with the living room tv and were unable to resolve it, but, really, we didn't need much tv on vaca. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great about this condo. Clean and new inside. Everything you need to cook meals too. Only issue was for some reason the buildings outside lights to get into the condo were not on at all. It was very dark and hard to open door without lights. Would recommend to others and would stay there again if I was in the area!!!

Wonderfully appointed home with tasteful decoration, lovely porch overlooking lagoon, and well set up kitchen. Great bike paths on the property. East Beaxh is pristine with warm ocean water. Had a wonderful stay.

Lovely week long stay!

Lovely condominium, beautifully decorated...a 10 minute walk to the beach. In the center of the Island so great for long bike rides in either direction. The lagoon that the condo is situated on was full of wild life...birds, alligator, dear and turtles. We have been coming to Kiawah for 30 years and never stayed in this location, but it is a new favorite!

Beautiful condo at Kiawah! Updated, well stocked and comfortable. The screened porch was our favorite spot and saw a variety of wildlife every day. We would stay at Blue Pearl again in the future.

Another great stay at Blue Pearl

This is our third or fourth stay at Blue Pearl and as always, it was great. Very clean. Comfortable beds and we loved the updated furniture on the back porch.
