The view and location were great. We had a couple of issues, there were no working exhaust fans all 3 bathrooms didn't work. There was a lot of dog hair on the couches, we ended up putting blankets over them. My wife told them about the couches, they said have dinner on us and there was no further communication.

Recommend providing shower gel and/or shampoo, e ouch coffee for one day, additional pillows, bath mats outside showers, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, ziplock bags, and a few beach towels. Didn’t notice in the listing that the other “master” is a loft open to the rest of the unit. View and location are wonderful! Unit was clean and stocked with paper towels and toilet paper. Deck is a nice size and comfortable for morning coffee or evening drinks and dinner.

Fantastic location with easy beach access. House is stocked with trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. Little village market 7 miles up the road with a super market and nice restaurants. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided but were dated. No beach towels and very few bath towels. Wildlife all around the house which was amazing to watch. We even saw dolphins while sitting in the living room. Overall an amazing vacation that I would recommend to anyone.

Great views

The photos of the house are outdated but give you a good feel for the house. There are more windows in the living room than shows in the pictures. The furniture has also been upgraded and the upstairs bath has been upgraded. Even some of the porch furniture is better than the pictures. We stayed in December and found the house to be a great spot to enjoy the ocean and relax. The house is closer to the ocean than it used to be, and sea wall construction was in progress while we were there. This location is pretty easy access to both of the Seabrook beaches. If you like sunsets, this is the house for you.

Perfect Pet friendly Beachfront Property

Amazing view. Deer in the front window grazing in the sand dunes every morning while drinking my morning coffee.. Just magical. We will never forget the dolphins feeding in the nearby inlet. Highly recommend this home.

Great location - very peaceful vacation

We usually go to FL or HHI but both are very crowded. The Seagroove community was a great mix of having great restaurants close by but not the typical Spring Break madness of the panhandle. The view is amazing like the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill made great cheeseburgers in paradise.

The view!

Our first stay in Seabrook, and this hope was a perfect introduction! Spectacular sunsets with beach access right there. It was lovely. The storm caused some serious problems for us in terms of the safety of our guests stationed around the island , but the home stayed dry and solid and the owner was understanding in the difficulties we faced.

Thanksgiving week

The location is beautiful, unobstructed views with direct beach access. The pictures and description of the home are spot on and it was even bigger than expected. We saw dolphins, birds, deer and amazing sunset views. Loved it and highly recommend.

Location, location, location

You cannot beat the location of the property. The house is right next to a boardwalk making for a short walk to the beach. Short walk or minute car ride to the beach club for dinner or to enjoy the pools. This house is on the dated side but you cannot beat the sunset views at night. Communication with the owners were some of the best we’ve had. We would definitely recommend and stay at the property again

Great spot; Good house. On Beach!

Having never been to the SC coast, this was a great experience. The house is a great value. It is literally on the beach and just a walk down the boardwalk (30 seconds). It is nice because it is also one of the few free standing homes; most are connected to each other (town homes). The layout is also good for a family or two couples. Each bedroom is basically an en-suite. It could use a little sprucing up, but we loved it all the same! We took full advantage of the Seabrook Island Club: used the pool, all the restaurants, the gym and the tennis courts. To take advantage of the facilities make sure to get your amenity card(s). I will say the amenity office is not the most communicative and they don’t tell you (clearly) that there are some additional charges for some things (e.g. the gym had a day pause fee), but still highly recommend just getting the full pass. If u plan to use any part of the club (including restaurants you must have a card. The little town is just up the road at the villages and we liked it there. Very quaint village with good restaurants and shopping if you want. Bikes: make sure to order bikes and have delivered to the house. They will also pick them up. Took us a couple days to figure that out. Sailing: we did a sail day trip (3 hours) to Dolphin watch out of Bohicket Marina. Highly recommend. We used Captain Jack. You can find him online. Couple pubs and restaurants at the marina if u want to grab a bite before or after the trip.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and everything was supplied in kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The house has a beautiful view of the ocean! We saw deer and bunnies! Thanks for providing a nice place!

Great Vacation

This was our first vacation on Seabrook and won't be our last. The property was better than advertised - views, beach access, proximity to the Beach club, etc. It exceeded our expectations. As well, the owners were fabulous to deal with. They answered all our questions leading up to the stay and very responsive to us during the stay. Great vacation!

This property was in a fabulous location. Very close to the pools and golf clubhouse. Seabrook island is beautiful! The views from house are fantastic. The property owners (managers) are awesome to deal with and respond to questions immediately.

Absolutely Awesome

The pictures in the listing are spot on. From those amazing wraps around picture windows, or the large ocean facing patio, we watched three to five deer grazing EVERY morning, lines of pelicans throughout the day, and the most incredible sunsets in the evenings. You’ll try and take pictures to bring back, but it won’t do the experience justice. From checking in at the entry gate, it’s “ohhs” and “awwws” all the way to the villa. It’s the first internationally Audubon wildlife sanctioned location in South Carolina (there is a sign, I didn’t make that up). Communication with the host was above and WAY beyond expectations. My mother, husband, and I were there for a black tie wedding in Charleston, and being here gave us the opportunity to rest, relax, and enjoy ourselves during all of the mayhem. There are a few neighboring villas, but the stand alone location of this one is simply unmatched. I cannot say enough good things about this listing. I only wish I could add pictures. Wonderful!

Beautiful sunsets, dolphins, deer, sea birds all visible from the property. A short walk to the beach, or short drive to Freshfields for a coffee, wine, vegan ice cream from Ben and Jerry's, shopping, and Harris Teeter for groceries. Lots of vegan options at HT. It was a wonderful 3 generation reunion for the 5 of us plus two senior dogs!

Paradise in nature

If you love nature and being outdoors, this villa has stunning views and two decks where you can see dolphins, deer, and birds. The beach is very private. The home was very comfortable and had a incredible view of the sunset. We did not use the amenities on site as we found plenty to do without them. Should we have stayed longer we definitely would have. There is a grocery store and many little shops and restaurants nearby. The hosts were quick to respond and met all our needs. We hope to go back for another vacation to this villa. We chose this place because it was pet friendly , but it turned out to be even better than expected!
