The house is lovely and hosts communicated well. The downstairs HVAC did not consistently provide enough on a very cold day.Otherwise a very nice experience.

Perfect location

This place is awesome. A full 3/3 with all en-suite bathrooms. Perfect location for nightlife. Most of everything is walkable. Parking was tight but we were warned of that by the property manager. Would 100% stay here again!

Perfect for a Girls Weekend

Perfect setup for a girls weekend or couples. Parking was tight but nice to have two spaces; it helped the home behind us didn’t have vehicles for turning around. Walk to King St wasn’t bad. The Co-op up the straight was a fun place to walk too!

The place was very nice. However the parking is a nightmare. Spaces are way too small to navigate. I would recommend more toilet paper in the bathrooms and the lighting in the bedrooms could be better. We found everything to be clean and comfortable.

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect for couples looking to enjoy the perks of being in the heart of historic Charleston. The unit has 3 nice sized bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom and a King-sized bed. The place was very clean and had charming decor that made us feel very welcomed. It had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. We would definitely book again. Thanks Stay Duvet and property owner.

Great girls weekend spot!

I can with two of my daughters to visit another one who lives in the area, and we all stayed there together. Very cute spot! Comfortable and charming, had everything we needed, even dishes to entertain. Everything was within walking distance, and it was safe and fairly quiet.

Sapphire Stroll

Vey clean. Stay Duvet property managers were easy to work with. No amenities like facial tissues, dish soap, cleaning supplies. TV remote needed new batteries, ROKU remote was nowhere to be found…finally found in sleeper sofa. Upon arrival, toilet on first floor was obviously clogged. Cleaning staff left it that way. We did call the number given to us and the staff unclogged it and cleaned up the mess. It could use more than one bathroom hand towel for the week Location was excellent. Not sure I’d stay again.

Well appointed, great location-

This was a lovely, clean , well appointed property in a great location. The host thoughtfully placed noise machine in each room, because you can hear everything from two close units and close by houses.

Property was very nice and comfortable. Downstairs bedroom door doesn't stay closed and bathroom pocket door is extremely hard to open once closed. Other than that the unit was very welcoming

Downtown Charleston Wedding

We were in town for daughter's Wedding at the Gadsen House. This VRBO property location was perfect!! Easy access to everything especially shopping, restaurants, and night life!!!

Beautiful place

We took our young adult children to Charleston for the first time and stayed at this beautiful property. Everyone had their own room and en suite bathroom which made it very nice. Two of the rooms were upstairs and one was downstairs. This property is in a great area just a short walk to all the hustle and bustle but also had a lot of nice walkable restaurants and shops in very close proximity. Once we parked our car in the very long and narrow driveway, we only took it out once in the three days we stayed. Mostly because we just walked everywhere and also because it was a pain to turn the car around in the tight parking alley. We stayed in unit B which didn't have an official parking spot it seemed. We just had to pull all the way down to the end of the alley which made it difficult to turn the car around when we had to take it out. There is only one TV in the unit and it's in the living room downstairs and kind of small for the space. . I thought it strange that there were no TVs in any of the bedrooms but we didn't have a lot of time to watch tv but it would have been a nice option at night while lying in bed. My only suggestion to the property owner is to upgrade the size of the main TV. During our stay we encountered some plumbing issues upstairs but they were very quickly handled with a text to the host. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay here again!

Downtown Charleston

Great house in a good location downtown near College of Charleston. Holey bagels and the Bake shop were on each corner of this street making breakfast a fun adventure. City Market and Hank's Seafood were our favorites.

Cannot wait to return!

Everything was just as it appeared in listing and better! Loved the feel of the sheets and towels, and the most comfortable mattresses. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Quiet. And parking on-site so we didn’t have to worry about renting a space. We cannot wait for our next visit.

Location Location Location

It was super easy to get to the hubbub of the historic district in downtown atmosphere. The management company was insanely responsive. We had a small hiccup and they had a serviceman at our door within 30 minutes even though it was midnight. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the pillows had options of both hard and soft. My next stay in Charleston I'll be looking for Stay Duvet properties.

Very comfortable and convenient

This home was perfect for our wedding venue shopping, very comfortable and clean. There was an issue with the lock battery dying and the Duvet team were super responsive and had a back-up plan to get us in within 5 minutes of notification. The only challenges were the parking which was available, however it’s designed for small cars or SUV’s, we made it work. Had we known, we probably would have left earlier to arrive in daylight. The other challenge was the TV, it appears that the internet signal is not sufficient to power the TV when everyone is home at all the Duvet rentals. We could not watch the TV, not a big deal to us as we were here to enjoy all of Charleston’s culinary delights!
