Rosie's Cabin is an authentic log cabin located just 10 minutes from Charleston.

  • Rosie's cabin is located in a peaceful neighborhood located just outside City limits. Our cabin is an authentic log cabin that is spacious and offers plenty of room to spend with family and friends. Rosie's cabin boasts two (2) inviting bedrooms with two (2) queen beds. The cozy living room features a sofa bed and wood burning fireplace perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. In addition, there is a charming mezzanine space with a futon and massaging chair for those who need to unwind with a good book. Guests can enjoy the wood burning fireplace, fire pit, charcoal grill, hot tub, soaking tub and wildlife from the front/back porches. Rosie's has a custom walk-in shower (downstairs) with three (3) rainfall shower heads and a bench to sit and relax. The soaking tub is located in the upstairs bedroom.

    In the Winter months four wheel drive may be required to access the cabin by the driveway.
    We do try to keep the driveway as clear as possible.

    We do offer a starter quantity of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Bed linens and towels are also supplied.

Beautifully built, very clean cabin! Scott, Candy and crew were great!! We would definitely recommend this wonderful cabin and if we are in the area again we would rent it with no hesitation!

Rosie’s Cabin was perfect for our girls weekend: Easy to get to, close to Charleston and shopping, spacious and homey with private deck and hot tub. Wood burning fireplace was perfect for the chilly nights. We would absolutely stay here again!

Rosie's cabin was so cozy, clean, and perfect for our family. We got into town after a long day of driving. We cooked dinner and enjoyed the hot tub. We all slept great; the beds were comfortable and the shower is awesome!! Highly recommend this cabin if you are coming to Charleston or driving through!

Great Stay

This is a wonderful little cabin that is perfect for a small family. We enjoyed the back and front porch decks, the hot tub and the beautiful shower. It was so nice to come back to the cabin each day to unwind.

Beautiful

Amazing log home close to everything with the feel of being far away in peace and quiet. Hosts were easy to be in touch with and were quick to respond. House was beautiful and we loved our stay.

Lovely cabin!

Lovely, clean and quaint cabin with cosy ambiance. Wood burning fireplace and all the modern amenities. We felt safe and very comfortable. Communication with property manager was prompt and timely. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 3 nights for our anniversary getaway. The cabin was so stylish and cute! The bed was firm without being too firm. We enjoyed playing the games available, massage chair and hot tub during our downtime. We saw a deer out front one morning and heard raccoons at night. Very peaceful and private without being too far from restaurants and activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at many cabins, but none compare to Rosie’s Cabin. The attention to detail is truly unmatched. It’s the little things that make such a big difference—charging ports in every room, a proper place to hang clothes with hangers provided, cozy bathrobes, beautiful silverware, and even a refrigerator stocked with condiments.The list goes on, but the larger features are just as impressive. There’s a TV in the living room as well as in each bedroom, an actual closet in one of the bedrooms, a beautiful soaking tub, a wonderful shower, and a spacious bathroom. And of course, the hot tub is a perfect touch.The cabin is thoughtfully designed so that two couples or a family can stay comfortably, each having their own private space. There’s even built-in entertainment, including interesting books about the surrounding area and a fun Pac-Man game!Rosie’s Cabin should truly serve as the standard for others. One of the best features is the privacy—it’s only minutes from Charleston, yet feels completely secluded in the mountains.Scott and Candy are wonderful hosts, and we will definitely be back!

Great stay!

I surprised my sister-in-law for her 50th birthday with a short vacation with her 2 adult daughters. They reported their stay was amazing--the cabin was cozy and well stocked. There was a slight hiccup when the host thought we may have been double booked, but they stayed in contact through the process and we got through it with a few laughs.

Amazing home away from home!

We had an amazing time staying at Rosie’s Cabin on Christmas Day. It felt so cozy and homie, it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our toddler. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen was very updated with all necessities and appliances. The upstairs little game room area was our favorite! Our toddler loved all the games that were provided. It was also nice to use the hot tub to unwind. It was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely look to stay here again!

We only were able to stay one night since we were passing through. We will definitely look to book this property again in the future. It is in a convenient location and easy to find. Loved all the little details put in to make our stay comfortable. Impressed with the cleanliness and all the extras. Great hosts!!
