Hi. Visit overall was pleasant but there are things upon which you can improve. Internet service is pretty bad. Linens are a bit tired. Must have a kettle for tea. Bottle opener for beer or soda. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great property. We loved the fact that it’s quieter than other properties we have stayed at in Charleston. Draw back-second floor walk up so be prepared to lug your suitcase up. Also the door going into the property could use an update as it didn’t feel super sturdy. There was also visible water damage on the ceiling.

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Suite! The property was easy to find and offers on-site parking. The suite was very clean and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture is very comfortable and it was very quiet, especially over the weekend when the surrounding commercial buildings are empty. It is in a great neighborhood and about a 10 minute walk to King Street.

A very comfortable place. Great beds and bedding. We are older and needed help getting our luggage up the stairs. The host was very accommodating with providing this and responsive with any of our concerns. The only drawback was the WiFi was weak and difficult compared to other places we have stayed. We suggest they update their modem/service.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a rather large apartment and the decor was beautiful. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was so key and we really appreciated the king size beds. We were so appreciative of the fact that there was not a moldy smell in the unit as is typical of Charleston.

Great location, we enjoyed walking around the city. Nice walk in closet adjoining master bathroom. Was quiet location. We had four of us for part of our stay and was comfortable for all. Was very nice having two parking spaces available.

Quick Charleston get a way

Very nice place. Clean, bright, updated and decorated beautifully.Very easy to get to. Be prepared to walk, which was fine with us, but it’s a mile or two from any of the places you want to see. We could have used uber, but we didn’t mind.

Great location and very clean!

Loved our stay at the Rose Suite. The location was close to King Street and was very clean and comfortable. Everyone says they slept great! Also the complex was incredibly quiet, even with nearby construction. Would definitely try to come back!

Lovely place!

We had an absolute great time here. Only one hiccup with the first day but 100% satisfied with the fixing of the issue. This was a great location and the host group were sooo friendly and helpful! They responded to everything almost immediately and I am so happy with our stay!

Stayed here for a long weekend for a college girlfriend's reunion. The place is very clean and has everything you need. Tucked in a great neighborhood with coffee, convenient store, tacos and froze within 2 blocks and King Street a short walk away. Concierge team was excellent and very communicative- check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Beautiful Apt, Everything You Need and Awesome Host!

The apartment is in a great location! Plenty of restaurants, shops, etc within walking distance and not far from the historical area. Stay Duvet, who manages the apartment was incredibly responsive and accommodating! The apartment essentially has to master bedrooms, spacious living room and well appointed kitchen / dining room. They even have a w/d! They are building some new apartments right behind the building but it did not create any issues for us and the workers were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Perfect Location

We were in Charleston so our granddaughter could visit the College of Charleston. It was a girl's trip with our granddaughter, her mother, and myself, her grandmother. What a perfect place with room to relax and discuss our college visit. This place is fully furnished, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. It is within walking distance to the college. Perfect for us.

Great Property But Could Use Some Changes

We were very impressed with the property in general and you should stay here for sure, but there were some issues. Sign up process was super uncomfortable with having to provide way too much personal information, including actual drivers license copies. Traveling across the country we asked early for an early check-in and the communication on this was not great. Didn’t receive the access code until a few minutes or so before check-in and no update for hours on cleaning and early check-in status. Once in the property, it was clear that it could use some interior finish work updates, a fresh coat of paint in many higher traffic areas and better/deeper cleaning (some obvious mildew on shower tile, parts of the kitchen floor were a bit sticky, etc.) although overall it was clean. While the exterior stairs were mentioned, it should be better described that they are very narrow, long and steep and that may be a challenge for an older person or someone with mobility issues, as well as for luggage being carried up the stairs. Please keep in mind as well that during the week the “designated“ parking spots can be taken by the public during the weekday and you may not have a place to park if you leave and come back. Overall the property was very lovely and was "as described" (we would stay here again for sure!) but a few things kept it from being an A+++.
