It was perfect. Our host was amazing. She was lovely to work with. And the VRBO was so wonderful we stayed extra days. She had supplied it generously. And the location was all you could ask for. Many fantastic restaurants that we could walk to. Plus she had a huge notebook telling you everything you needed to know. I highly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay! The guest house was clean, adorably-decorated, and perfect for our needs while we stayed the weekend to explore Charleston. It was a quick ride away from downtown and easily accessible. Would stay again if we found ourselves in the area. :)

Cutest little retreat that was close to everything in Charleston. Very clean and in a safe neighborhood in walking distance to food and night life. We had everything we would need for our long weekend. Jessica was wonderful and we really appreciate the book she has showcasing different restaurants and entertainment recommended in the area. The space was well done and very accommodating for two adults. It has everything we needed and the space was well done. You quickly forget that it’s a converted garage. We’d definitely return.

Ideal stay for our long weekend convention! This studio was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked and equipped for the 2 of us. Jessica is a great communicator and was able to extend our stay 1 night, due to our needed weather-related travel plan change! Her recommendations for dining and 'Things to See & Do' were an added bonus.As VRBO Hosts ourselves, we were very appreciative of the attentiveness to our every need!Thanks again, Jessica!

Beautiful neighborhood close to restaurants (walking distance). Uber rides to Folly Beach, downtown Charleston, etc run between 20-40 depending on time of day. Clean, nicely decorated apartment. Host is very responsive. Will book again if we come back.

Nice, quiet, clean and the location is perfect just outside of the city. We loved walking to the local restaurants and bars, a music venue and the unique movie theater. No reason to drive in the evenings after sight seeing all day. Thank you Jessica!!

Absolutely excellent and highly recommend.

The check in and our process was very easy. The house was clean and renovated nicely. The neighborhood was very safe and nice. It was close to a lot of popular spots in Charleston. We absolutely loved our visit and would stay there again.

Excellent Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property and would return if we come back to the area. The host was great with communicating and left a comprehensive binder of things to see and do in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. She also provides tons of other literature. Great walkable neighborhood and we enjoyed the table and chairs outside the property for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The property is exactly as described and pictured.

Lovely quiet spot with easy access to Charleston

This space is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is accurately described in the property listing. The host has invested a lot of time in tastefully decorating and stocking the accommodation. She provided nice resources for a walking tour of the neighborhood and directions to the nearby restaurants, pub, and theater. There are also lots of reference materials and magazines relevant to the arts and culture of the area. While the location is suburban, we were able to drive to downtown in less than twenty minutes, and the freeways are easily accessible if you are interested to poke around in the countryside as we did. We had a great time. The only challenge is with self-catering: the kitchen is very compact, kinda like the galley on a small sailboat. One can certainly prepare a meal there, but keep it simple!
