We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very bright and clean and plenty of room to relax. Easy parking. Great location in walking distance to morning coffee and neighborhood restaurants. Host was friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. The place is clean, bright and pleasing to the eyes. We had a good stay. When we arrived, there was an "Out of order" sign on the dishwasher. It was a bit inconvenient to have to wash cups and glasses by hands. There was no dish detergent but the response was prompt. Dish detergent for hand washing dishes showed up literally minutes after our request. Just a couple of suggestions: it would be nice to have a box of Kleenex. The master bedroom can have smaller night stands so it would be easier to close the bedroom door. I know we didn't come to watch TV in Charleston, but it's really difficult to watch TV in the bedroom with the TV mounted on the side wall instead of facing the bed. It's just odd.

Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to leave more toilet paper for the guests. I would stay there again, but the rooms are very bright in the morning and the walls are very thin.

Great location & amenities

We stayed here for a girls weekend and loved the location. We walked everywhere and it was only a short uber to downtown. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms updated. Only downfall was the water pressure but we knew that going into it. Would definitely stay there again.

Our only issue was the water pressure and the air conditioner was cold in the living room but couldn’t really feel it in the bedroom. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was easy to king St where we spent most of our time. Thank you for letting us use this place

The Rutledge unit was spacious, clean and well appointed with blankets, kitchen and bath supplies. Should mention pharmacy below unit security alarm system started three times on our last night, police came and checked the area. May want to discuss with pharmacy as it could have been break in or security problem.

Cute apartment close to downtown

Had a great couple of days staying here with friends! Plenty of space, loved having designated parking in the parking lot, quiet, and easy access (both walking and a short drive) to everything you want to see downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay. Beautiful interior with a very easy check in and check out process. It’s in a small business type building and parking lot, above one of the businesses. But that made parking abundant and it very quiet on the weekend.

Great place in a central location

We had a great time at this property! There were 4 of us (2 couples) and we had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. There’s a parking space included which is great. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast In the morning and the host even left us some wonderful local ground coffee. It was clean and centrally located; quick walk to King street and a quick Uber/Lyft to anywhere. Thank you!

Great place

Everything about this property was as expected and accurate from the online listing. We had a great time and it met all our needs. The only complaint was the smell… it was an overpowering scent of industrial strength cleaners from the moment you walk in. I tried to open windows to air it out but all the windows were painted/sealed shut except for the main bedroom. We stayed for four days and the smell never dissipated. I guess the only upside of the smell was you knew the place was clean, and it was very clean which I very much appreciated.

Kiawah golf trip

Great condo close to king and about 45 min to Kiawah island. Yearly golf outing was a success. Condo was clean with 2 kings and a couch big enough to sleep one. Will book again for next trip

Great space and location!

We found this gem during a busy graduation/wedding weekend in Charleston and it was lovely! The place was charming and only 13 minutes from where we needed to be in King Street for all wedding activities. Would definitely stay again :)

Great location. Clean, bright and spacious unit

Our family very much enjoyed staying at this apartment. The location was great, we had dedicated parking available and we experience none of the noise that we read in other reviews. We would definitely stay here again when in Charleston.
