The rental management group were very helpful. Dishwasher, laundry , dish and hand soap supplies were perfect for our long stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived the Television didn't have any reception and the shower/ tub wasn't draining. They brought in people to fix the cable and clear the tub. This is a perfect location on Folly and is a comfortable unit. There are plenty of towels and the beds are comfortable.Sadly the unit needs TLC. The drapes don't close nor open, bedroom carpets need cleaning, doorbell doesn't work, and I took several hands full of sand and lint out of dryer vent slot to speed drying. We were there in January the island and the building were wonderfully quiet.
