There was only two things that we had issues with. The code that was given to us to get into the property was wrong and another guest had to give us the code. The other problem was the ice maker didn't work. The ice problem was taken care of when your office brought us a bag of ice.

Perfect with two exceptions…
Don’t forget the gate is locked 24/7! Without your fab you can’t get in or out to go to the beach- someone hit our car in the parking lot- no reply for over 24 hours- other than that- perfection! Beautiful! Best vacation spot ever!!

Excellent condo
Love how the second bathroom has been remodeled and a walk-in shower now replaces a tub. Perfect place for 3 generations to gather. Convenient to Folly Beach village. Roomy balcony.

Girls trip!
The condo was amazing. Clean and comfortable. Huge TV and very nice decor. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Large balcony with an amazing view. Plenty of places within walking distance. We rented a golf cart for the day to just cruise around and be tourists. We drove the short distance to downtown Charleston and went to the market and drove to the Battery to look at the beautiful homes.
I highly recommend this condo and a visit to Folly Beach.

Great week!
The condo was well appointed. Dishes, kitchen utensils, pots and pans all plentiful and in very good condition. Loved the table and chairs on the balcony. Furniture in good condition. And so close to the beach!!

Great location, nice beach
The Charleston Oceanfront Villas is in a great location right on the water and an easy drive to Charleston. You can easily walk to the small downtown and most restaurants, and the pier is a great place for an evening stroll. Folly Beach is a great beach for walking and enjoying the ocean, and it's not crowded. It's a quiet location with not a lot to do but relax and enjoy the beach if that's what you're looking for. The condo itself was well maintained and nice. The property itself had the ceiling material falling off onto cars in the parking areas under the building, and both elevators were out of service during our stay. One elevator started working again the day before we left, and thankfully we were on the first floor, so the stairs were fine to use for us.

Villa on Folly
Love staying at oceanfront . Our only issue is this rental company does not supply any beach chair beach umbrellas or beach towels . For those of us flying in, we had to purchase chairs and then pay to ship them home. Please please provide at least a couple beach chairs/cooler etc. a few beach necessities would go a long way. Otherwise condo is beautiful and we enjoyed every moment.

Family wedding
Perfect place for 3 generations of family to stay- accessible for our elderly parents, including elevator, walkways to beach and pool. Private bath with each bedroom a huge plus. Open concept, plenty of room for meals, puzzles, etc. Gorgeous view and plenty of seating on patio. We had a great time and this condo was such a relaxing retreat after spending time in busy Charleston.

Amazing sunsets
The property was clean and quiet. The condo was oceanfront. The sunsets were amazing by the pier. There were plenty of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner within walking distance.

Excellent trip
I stayed here with my family. The condo is in a fantastic location. Right on the beach with spectacular views of Folly Pier. It was clean and well taken care of. We had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property/Views/Beach
Our stay was great.. Had problems getting in right away with the door code, made a phone call to their office, and they had people down within 5 minutes and got us in.. Super fast response.. Condo has a great view of the ocean, literally steps away. Saw dolphins everyday, walked the beach everyday, Wish there was more beach equipment (beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/floats…. But we managed, and would go back in a heartbeat…

Perfect Condo for our family!
This beautiful condo was perfect for our extended family! The balcony looked right out onto the ocean. The place was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and great bedrooms for grandchildren, children, and grandparents. It felt like a home. We definitely want to go back to Folly Beach and rent this condo!
