Our stay was perfect The property was immaculate The view from the screened porch was serene for both sunrise and sunset And the sheets were the most amazing sheets I've ever slept on We will definitely try to snag this property on our return stay for our next tournament! Our stay was perfect! The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home. The bedrooms were spacious and quiet. I loved the screened in porch with a view of the serene marsh. The neighborhood was very quiet and well manicured. Any questions I had, Susan was right on it. I would definitely recommend this beautiful condo and look forward to booking again in the future. Thank you, Susan, for opening your beautiful condo for us to have a great time with our granddaughter who may be attending the College of Charleston in a year!

Beautiful property

Perfect location views were beautiful. The island is great nice beaches not crowded. The shopping villlage close by was super cute love the grocery store. Pool was never being used we basically had it to ourselves. Condo is fully stocked and I mean fully. Will definitely be back.

Quiet, Peaceful Getaway

Comfortable condo with lovely marsh views, and a very well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the variety of birds that we could see from the back screened-in porch. The quiet condo complex also has a nice salt-water pool, with warm water temperatures--and most of the time we had it to ourselves! We would definitely consider staying here again!

BayPointe

Loved the week at BayPointe. Susan Osteen was delightful to work with. Very beautifully decorated with two lovely porches that welcome the marsh breeze. We have vacationed on Seabrook and are former owners at BayPoint...it just can't be beat! The private pool at BayPointe is lovely and never crowded and situated with a beautiful view of the marsh and Bohicket River. The dock is also fun for the little ones to do some fishing!

Great Location!

Bay Pointe Villas is close to shopping, restaurants and only four miles from the beautiful Kiawah Beachwalker Park. The condo was very quiet and well appointed. We enjoyed having a private pool. Don't miss a trip to the Charleston Tea Garden/Plantation!

Check in process difficult

The process to access was very difficult, Susan never provided my name to security to gain parking pass, she also continued to text my personal number although I requested communication via vrbo and then she lied claiming the screen was cut. I highly recommend recording before and after stay like I did for proof. Anyways it’s very old and outdated and decorated with granny style.

Quick trip to Charleston

This condo is clean, well stocked and quiet. We've never been out to the islands so we weren't sure what to expect. There is a decent amount of forms to fill out prior to the stay, parking permit needs to be obtained and there is a pass you have to keep on your dash while you're parking or gaining access to the islands.We went over to Kiawah to check that out one afternoon and had a drink at The Sanctuary which was interesting. One day we went to the beach at Seabrook which was nice, clean, easy parking etc. We never went to get the pass to get into that restaurant that's on the point, it just seemed like one more thing to do, we didn't miss it, there are lots of places to eat in the Freshfields center. We ate at the sushi place twice, really good and good service. Had ice cream at the little pharmacy there, limited hours but if you can get in there for a scoop or sundae its worth the few minutes. Surprisingly the grocery store there is well stocked and not overpriced like I thought it might be but due to the hours we did a Target order on our layover and picked that up on our way which I was glad we did. We had a maintenance issue on our flight and were delayed in Charlotte, so we wouldn't have made it before they closed. The complex is very quiet and well maintained. We had a nice trip overall and would not hesitate to stay again.

Fall Seabrook wedding

My niece was married on Seabrook proper and we selected this unit for its easy access on and off of the property. With the provided proper passes this was very simple. The unit had a well stocked kitchen and a washer/drier combo. A supermarket and other shops were two minutes away

Seabrook Sanctuary

This was my first visit to the John’s Island area. Our condo was roomy, comfortable and adorably decorated. I enjoyed my morning swims in the private pool and walks on the community dock. We were a half mile from Salty Dog’s restaurant at Bohicket Marina. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely fall getaway

This was our second stay at this stylish and very clean condo. It was perfect for our fall getaway! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds very comfortable. Loved the bright, beachy decor and the proximity to Bohicket and Freshfields. Lots of wildlife sightings off of the common walkway and dock.Thanks so much for a lovely stay!
