    Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process.     The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all night.



    Other Things to Note:

    🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed:

    As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



    🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.

    Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



    🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:

    We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.



    🏙️ Noise Notice:

    Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

    ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

    ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

    ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

    ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

    🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

    ⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

    ⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

    ⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.

The place was as depicted in the photos. Very charming and clean. It was perfect for us, a group of 3 women who wanted our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches and amenities. Management was extremely responsive and helpful. A great stay and a great location.
