Our stay was perfect, well except for the weather, but the house made a cold windy trip a great way to hang out with family for a late Christmas! The beds were so comfy and everything was clean. We all enjoyed the hot tub, and the pool table downstairs kept the teens occupied after a cold windy walk on the beach! And the decor! So whimsical, fun and beautiful! We loved our welcome gift as well as a departure gift. Melissa was wonderful and left helpful tips for the area. It was our first time to Charleston and we LOVED it! Everyone was so nice and we had such incredible meals, when we chose to eat out. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever appliances and utensils we needed. The view was great. We enjoyed watching the few golfers that braved the cold and the boats cruising up and down the channel on the other side of the golf course. The beach was an easy walk among a charming neighborhood.

We had a lovely time at this home. We had plenty of space to stretch out, the view from the back porch was lovely, and the home really was comfortable and beautiful. We liked relaxing outside the buzzy energy of Charleston, but being an easy drive from the fun. Melissa is a gracious host and the “extras” were lovely and appreciated.

This place is fantastic! Sitting in the hot tub overlooking the golf course and intercoastal waterway is hard to beat. We brought the dog so the fenced in yard is great. And things like the pool table and sauna are a bonus (sauna is great btw). Walking the golf course and then jumping over to the beach was great. Super comfy beds too. And the Turkish light fixture is absolute one of a kind. Totally happy with this choice and communication with the host was easy and immediate responses; don’t hesitate on this one.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. First time in Isle of Palms and everything was amazing. The house was all it was advertised to be and then some. Loved the sauna. Loved all of the art. And the location was unbeatable. 4 minute walk to the beach. And close to all the fun in Sullivan’s Island and Charleston! The pups enjoyed all the fresh air and room better naps than usual. And I got a beautiful little gift upon leaving! Simply cannot wait to be back.

We loved this house for our family vacation. Location on IOP near marina was perfect with a rented golf cart. Screened in porch was our go to space. Kids had a blast.

Great location and great space. The only flag is that there are a significant number of mosquitos on the property that prevented us from enjoying the outdoor spaces, even with bug spray on! Melissa was a great host and very responsive.

Relaxing and private! Isle of Palms palace.

We loved the house and neighborhood. The street is very quiet and filled with flora. If I was a golfer I’d like it even better. There’s tons of room, the bedrooms were cozy.

Great place!

My wife and I stayed at this house for a few days along with our two 4 legged friends. It was a perfect balance of peaceful, comfortable, and convenient. The decorations are incredible and the book with information about where they came from is really interesting. Overall, highly recommend!

Colorful Oasis

This was a great stay, excellent location for visiting the beach, island hopping, and excursions into Charleston. Nice view from the house, comfortable beds, and lots of extras. The home is delightful with colorful artwork, and Melissa is a wonderful host.

Family Birthday Trip

I booked this home because of the unique eye-catching decor, screened porch, number of beds and bathrooms. Although only there are only 3 bedrooms, the large trundle beds in each bedroom were very comfortable according to my adult children who slept on them. The king beds had great mattresses and were very comfortable so as long as you have guests that feel comfortable sharing sleeping space you will get a great night's sleep. I live in the south and know that thunderstorms can pop up this time of year so I wanted a screened porch to gather on in case of rain and knew the "groovy" decor would be cheerful in case we had gloomy weather. My brother enjoyed watching the golfers from the porch as well. The property is not too far by car to the beach. My children loved the decor and amenities the house offered. I have friends who saw the pictures and loved it so may try to book a friends gathering at some point in the future,

An Amazing Family Vacay

Colorful and cheery… this home was as welcoming as the host. Melissa is super at communicating and even left us the sweetest gift. So accommodating during our stay. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and our kids just adored the property. The house is trendy and eclectic and so comfortable. Great location and a designer artsy feel throughout. We will be back for more memories in IOP and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making our week so special!

Book it!

This is such a warm, inviting, comfortable and fun home! My husband and I, along with two other couples visited Charleston to see Seether and Staind on tour. All three bedrooms have king size super comfy beds and their own private bathrooms. The bedrooms are spread out throughout the home and offer a lot of privacy. Everything was super clean and the home is in a wonderful neighborhood in a great location. It was only a 25 minute drive to the airport. Melissa was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Accurately described in listing . Interior beautiful , light and happy . Exterior provides a nice screened porch overlooking the golf course.Large clean jacuzzi and a big fenced yard if you take your fur baby ! Stayed in many VRBO’s , this is one of my favorite ! Mellisa was excellent to work with 🙏
