Very clean and well kept. With pictures of parking lot I understood there would be on-site parking…sadly no!!! However, vouchers are provided for free parking in a parking deck a block away. Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend.

The stay was great! But just to give you a little insight. All the VRBO and that we stayed at in the past had a Keurig and free coffee. We thoroughly enjoy the coffee shops near by! But it would have been nice to be able to have a quick coffee while we were getting ready for the day. Also the paper products could have be a little better (paper towels & toilet paper).We know that these are little things but that would make your future renters really feel appreciated. Again to recap this place is in a great location and it was very clean.We would definitely rent this place again!Peter & Lisbeth Galmarini

Perfect stay!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. We love Charleston and absolutely loved our stay. While there isn’t parking on site, there is a parking garage nearby and parking vouchers for each day of our stay were included. Just around the corner from King Street if you want to walk and just a 5 minute drive to the Charleston Market. The place was very clean. Kitchen stocked with basics. It was nice to have a washer/dryer. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was large. We will absolutely stay again!

Phenomenal location!

This is the perfect location (King Street is just half a block away from the property). Just a few blocks from the Music Hall and great restaurant, and a short (1 mile) walk south to the City Market area. The property itself was perfect - small kitchenette, immaculate bathroom, nice living area, and comfy king size bed. Free garage parking was an absolute bonus that we didn't even realize came with the property. Would definitely stay here again for a city center getaway!

Our condo was wonderful. It was up-to/date: comfortable furnishings, a walk-in shower, double sinks in bath, full kitchen, and laundry off kitchen. It was in walking distance to delightful shops and restaurants.

Great Location

Plan ahead to locate the property as you will need to find a very narrow alley between a small business and a house to get to this location directly behind the fire house. The condo is new and nice and as advertised, lacks a little personality and is more set up like a hotel with a kitchen but still a nice safe comfortable place to stay. When leaving swipe the parking ticket you entered the garage with prior to swiping the ticket you retrieved from the refrigerator, this will pay for your parking at the king st. garage, took me a second to figure this out. Overall a nice weekend/stay did alot of walking shopping, eating and drinking...

Cool vibe - great location

We were in town to see some friends on our way back home from Hilton Head. We love this location since it's quiet, has a fabulous coffee shop/restaurant Babas just a few steps away and is walking distance to great bars, restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend staying at the Fire Tower. We definitely hope to come back. Very clean, comfortable bed, cute balcony, outside hand out space responsive host.

Fire tower

Fire tower is a lovely property once you’re able to locate it. We had trouble as we arrived in the dark. We called management, the representative proceeded to repeat the directions we already received, not taking into account some of the landmarks referenced were hard to identify at night. That call was not helpful. Parking is in the parking garage around block, making check in/out somewhat interesting. The property is conveniently located in the heart of Charleston, making most restaurants and attractions walkable. That was very enjoyable. The room itself was nice. Very modern and well done. If you’re looking for a quiet place, this is not it. We could hear every word of the conversation from the unit next to ours thanks to the shared door between the two units (like a hotel). The neighbor above also stomped around all hours of the day and night. You can hear the night life from the local bars and clubs as well, but that’s to expected. Nice place but probably would not stay here again.
