We are a family of 5 and the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The property was clean and the location worked great for us. We could walk to the main strip in Folly Beach to go to the restaturants in just a few minutes. The corner room gave us a good view of the entire marshline and creeks on looking to the west and north directions. I would highly recommend this property.

We had amazing communication from the management team. I had forgotten the information upon arrival and had to reach out and they were responsive nearly immediately and sent me everything I needed. I checked in on us and make sure everything was accurate and even brought us a gift. Location was amazing the perfect walk into town and over the bridge to see a beautiful sunrise in the sunseta daily. Would definitely stay again the town itself was safe and had everything we needed. People were amazing for those great. We even met a bunch of people in the building who are incredibly friendly. Loved our unit because it was a corner unit and we had great views. Will definitely come back.

Our visit was excellent overall. I would suggest the addition of handicap rails in at least one bedroom preferably the master bathroom. Beyond that we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for all your assistance and advice.we look forward to returning again soon!

Amazing family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property very much! Quick access to Folly Beach and Charleston. Property description was accurate and check in seamless and Layle who welcomed us was so wonderful and helpful. She told us about a turtle inventory happening on the beach and gave us some great restaurant recommendations.

Toaster needs replaced, kitchen faucet handle is broken, water coming out of fridge filter is extremely slow, bedroom with bunk beds is very very small, we liked the view and the back patio was nice for sitting- overall we liked the place and would recommend to others.

Short stay

Condo was clean and well stocked for a short visit. Location convenient to many locations. Only downside was the elevator out of services making it a long haul for carry luggage up and down the stair and long walkway.

Great View

This is the corner unit so the view is unobstructed and just gorgeous. The small pier in the photo is not condo property fyi. Not a bad walk to the beach/pier and you can drive as well just be willing to pay for parking.

Great Vacation

This place was awesome. Perfect location, close enough to the beach but far enough to not be stuck in high Folly Beach traffic. The HOA was doing some upgrades on the property and didn't communicate with Best Rentals which caused some aggravation but minutes after reaching out vis website the manager called me personally, gave me her cell and they jumped on any issues immediately. Customer service all week was as good as it could possibly be. We will definitely be back, the sunset from the deck was amazing, the place was clean, parking great, nice and quiet with everything our family needed.
