It is an absolutely beautiful and immaculate condo. We will definitely book there again. THe rental company was excellent at responding when we had a question. We could not figure out the tv's in the living room and master bedroom and wish there would have been a cheat sheet to figure between the two remotes in each room. But the other tv's were Roku and easy to navigate. Lovely condo. Great and responsive rental company.

Heaven at the beach

I recently stayed at COV316, it was a bright beachy unit with everything you need for a great beach visit. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony watching the sky, listening to the ocean.

Perfect stay for our family of 6

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Clean, very roomy, beautiful ocean front. The process for renting and getting into our Villa was seamless and if we did have any questions or concerns they were addressed immediately. Two beautiful pools too! We will definitely be back! Folly Beach is the best!

Amazing views!

Perfect condo for our group of 4 ladies celebrating our birthdays! Condo was clean and well stocked. Folly Beach is a great little beach town. We walked and rented a golf one day to hit all the tourist spots. We also spent a day in Charleston. It's a quick and easy drive from Charleston to Folly.

Gorgeous relaxing Get-A-Way

Fantastic location with amazing views. Was very relaxing after having 2 trees fall on our house from Hurricane Helene. Was sad my husband couldn't spend time in this beautiful Unit. The colors were so nice and cozy. I loved it!

Beautiful resort. My whole family enjoyed the location. We were able to see a family of dolphins surface and jumping through the ocean. We were on the 3rd floor, perfect place for us. Very peaceful. Thank you!!!!!

Sitting on the dock of the bay...

Property was amazing pools were very clean, The place we stayed in was amazing apart from the disgusting couch hidden by a new cover.... and no lock on the sliding glass door....other then that it was very clean and nice!!

True to pics

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was just as pictured. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We really liked the view from the balcony and close proximity to restaurants, shopping,the pier and the beach. We essentially walked everywhere. Webhad a minor issue with a door handle being loose and it was fixed within the hour. The only thing that could have been inproved upon was the pools. Both could have benefited from a good cleaning as there was a dirty dark film on the tiles above the water line in both pools.But it wasnt enough of an issue to keep us out of them. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful ocean views and access

This is a generally well kept ocean front condo. The views are tremendous and access to parking and oceanfront is quite easy. The kitchen was generally well equipped for cooking, and the condo comfortably sleeps and seats six. There are two parking passes per rental, and elevator access to the floor. I would gladly stay here again if in this area. As for ways to improve: 1. Put hangars in all bedroom closets 2. Add a reusable coffee filter to the coffee maker 3. Clean blankets along with other linens. The cleaning staff asked only for sheets and towels, making me wonder if blankets are washed too as per their listing. We added them to the dirty linen bags just to be safe.

Birthday vacation

Lovely place. Only difficulties were ability to get parking permit and very delayed response to some questions from manager. Having to park off property in an unknown area and walk up to building alone at night was a little uncomfortable to get parking pass and button for gate. And there were no written directions for use of gate, only a video and i didn't realize that. But figured it out. Also having to do the amount of cleaning for a 3 bedroom with what i paid was a lot i have stayed many places and not had to take trash all the way to the dumpster myself and bag up the linens. Usually just need to strip beds and put things in tub. Isn't a lot if have help but alone it was a lot. stay was lovely. Property was wonderful location and space.

Great location!! Lots to do!!

The condo was wonderful, we had everything we needed for a great stay. I always love being able to sit and watch the ocean. All restaurants and the pier (even though it’s still being remodeled) were easy walking distance. The management texted a couple times to see if we needed anything which was nice. Only complaint would be that the only restrooms by the pool are a couple of porta potties. We just walked back to the room every time. Overall excellent vacation!!!
