This rental property was managed by RedAwning. This is our second time staying at a property under this management company. We had a difficult time communicating with RedAwning. They requested a verification of our ID, which they required within 24 hours of making the booking. We were traveling ourselves at the time and I emailed them and asked for more time, which they gave me in an email. But the reservation was cancelled. We were able to re book, however, VRBO charged fees on the cancelation because it looked to them like it was our fault we cancelled. I tried to have RedAwning help me but they would not help. It was a real pain to get everything resolved but I was able to - it took hours. I believe RedAwning is using AI to respond to communication and also using real people. So I would get one message that said one thing seconds after I sent a question (which I assume is AI) and then a little later get a different response (which I assume was a person).
