"We had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Agra. From the warm welcome with a refreshing drink to the elegant lobby, immaculate room, and outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations. The only downside—though likely beyond the hotel's control—is the traffic noise (especially the frequent honking) that can be heard while "relaxing" by the swimming pool. While the hotel’s immediate surroundings don’t offer much to do, it’s conveniently located just 10–15 minutes by taxi from both the Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal—quick and very affordable! A special mention goes to the breakfast buffet, which was the best we experienced among the 5-star hotels we stayed at during our 14-day trip across India. "

"El hotel tiene los standards de la Cadena Holiday Inn. Para hacer el Check in tardaron más de 15 min. Nadie indicó cómo ir a los ascensores, al llegar a la habitación la llave no funcionaba , luego la habitación tenía dos camas ( pedida una ) al decirlo alegaron que no había , al insistir resulta que si había y nos cambiaron . Gracias al empleado que traía las maletas fue todo más llevadero ( fue el único con empatía y simpatía ) . Cenamos en el Hotel, tardaron más de 40 min . En traernos una ensalada y un sándwich ( la mayoría se comensales cenaban buffet ) así que la carga de trabajo no era para esa espera ( de hecho hubo comensales que llegaron después de nosotros y les sirvieron antes ) . Y para rematar nos despertaron a las 23,40 para preguntar si habíamos cenado en el hotel y no se que sobre una cerveza y la cuenta . Cuenta firmada y cargada a la habitación. En fin, una pena que el servicio fuese tan poco amable y poco empatico ( el único que destacamos por su simpatía y ayuda es el empleado que nos trajo las maletas y que gracias a él los inconvenientes se paliaron un poco ) "
