"I arrived at this hotel to check in but having seen the unhealthy entrance with mark of spitting, I decided to check the room before I check in, I found the bathroom was smelling with filthy smell of urine. I refuse to check in and asked for refund but unfortunately could not as the manager Mr Dilip attitude was totally negative and I left the place and checked in another hotel. "The morning breakfast was excellent with many items served. I would like to compliment the chef for his expertise in food selection and taste. The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right...
