"Family had a wonderful vacation. Listing is very accurate. Had a minor problem with the refrigerator. They sent someone within an hour. Well stocked kitchen. Could use more forks and a some big bowls. Otherwise they have everything you need. Would definitely book this home again! We had 14 people plenty of room for everyone."

"I had brought 10 people down for a work trip and had plenty of room to spare! The rooms were very spacious, and everyone was able to have an en suite. my check in process was difficult at first, but quickly realized it was my mistake as I was trying to enter the code into the lock box and not on the door keypad. I called and received a call back shortly after! Great response time! I will say that there are some minor things that need to be addressed from the owner: Microwave house was falling...

"The home and pool were very nice. Plenty of room for everyone (we only had 12 people). My only complaint is there are practically no supplies provided. Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent (yes you need this because you have to wash all towels before you leave), garbage bags, etc. We were only there for the weekend and still needed to buy it all. "Great xommunication and assistance with any questions we had or requests we had. Perfect location for us since we were traveling back and forth to Universal Studios during our stay. Busy neighborhood but very quiet. We seen alot of cars but we qere never disturbed by any noise. House was very clean and the family had nothing but good things to say aboit our housw choice. "This is a beautiful location with the best beds ever & very hot showers! Things that they said were there were, however, it was unusable. We were asked to PAY to heat the jacuzzi & pool (which I have never heard of an cold jacuzzi). Purchase propane in order to use the grill. The pool table was a wreck. The sticks were bowed and cracked. The bumpers were cracked & broken up. The material on the table itself had small rips... I called to make the owners aware of this & they sent someone right...

"Me and my family booked this place for memorial day weekend and it was great. This house was beautiful, spacious, and it accommodated our whole family. Sadly, we did not get to explore the amenities at the clubhouse with the lazy river, but the house was perfect and we really didn’t even need to leave entertainment with the game room and pool was enough for us. Would definitely book again."
