This place is amazing! Clean, spacious, beautiful... lots of amenities. Kisses appropriate for adults, couples, and children. There are rooms set up for kids. There a game room. There were 8 couples in our group. Every couple had a very comfortable king bed. Every couple had their own private bathroom in their room. One couple even had a private balcony. The ladies were able to have a movie date in the very comfortable theater room. This house was perfect 10/10! Parking was limited, but we were allowed to park on the right side of the street. Just don't block the side walk.

The house is very nice. Ten adults in our group and we totally enjoyed the space and layout. Biggest issue we had was poor communication. We paid extra to have the pool heated before we arrived and for the duration of our stay. When we arrived pool and spa were cold. Contacted host and after initially answering our call we could not reach them again until the following day. Told us pool technician would repair that morning. Pool was not repaired and we received no communication again until the evening of our second day. Were informed pool would be repaired for our final day, but it would never warm up enough to get into the spa or pool. Understand that equipment breaks, but communication was very poor.

Overall a great spot with more room for adults and less kids activities. The fridge was not working when we arrived. They did address the issue the same day but it wasn't fixed (only reason for 4 stars). The repair guy said something about it needing add freon to it and wait for 48 hours. We ended up making other arrangements for keeping our food cold. Owner was very responsive when contacted.Parking is not great and the garage is the arcade room so there is not garage parking. Other than the above it was a great house to rent, slide was awesome and everything else worked as listed! Just plan for a parking plan!

This is amazing very accurate. Respond for everyone of our games we would definitely come back again to this property. Everything is about 2025 minutes from the property which places you at the center of the action.

Nice place Overall!

Had a few issues that were mostly ironed out while we were there. Overall a nice and spacious home. The game room could use a refresh as the air hockey table, ping pong table and basketball game were in various states of disrepair. Just an fyi, parking is tight for four cars, but doable. we got a warning one night for parking over the sidewalk, which we rectified immediately. Communication with property manager was okay, but could have been better (e.g. I let them know the ice machine wasn't working. We had some delivery later that dropped off ice and some plastic serving containers for some reason, but were never told of the delivery so that was a bit of a surprise and glad someone was home to take delivery. Otherwise we'd have come home to two bags of melted ice on the porch)Also just fyi for future stays, the rooms on upper floors seem to get cooler than the rooms on the first floor, so keep that in mind.Checkin and checkout process were dead simple, kudos to the team for keeping it so easy!!

It is an absolutely stunning property. We had a few normal issues, and they were very quick to respond and resolve. We arrived a little early to the area and they let us check in early. Possibly one of the best properties we’ve stayed at.

This place was great! One of the best things was the space we were able to have and the many things to enjoy inside the home! Having wood floors on the steps makes a huge difference in cleanliness and everything worked great (especially the air conditioning)! Someone was in the pool every day enjoying the water slide and jacuzzi. Host was responsive and helped get things ordered off we needed it which went a long way! Also a great location! We would stay again!

Cheer Parents and Cheerleaders

We booked this property due to the number of bedrooms, cleanliness, pool and location to ESPN. The property was so fun with it's themed rooms, grotto pool and openness of the kitchen and living space. The property inside was super clean. There is a racoon who lives among the property and unless your trash is in the bins, it will go through your trash. With that said, the prior tenants left their trash out of the bins and trash was scattered along the side of the house which was unsightly. The Management Company took care of all the trash. The pool cleaners also told us to let them know if the racoon does anything to the pool and they would come and clean it up. Fortunately, the racoon stayed out of the pool. The one item missing was hand soap in the powder room and kitchen but that is very minor to us. Communication was excellent, customer service always answered our calls without having to leave a message. This house is definitely on our radar to book again for next year.

Executive Retreat

Great location. House had many small repairs needed. Refrigerator, coffee pot, food stuck on curtain to pool, shower in one room broken knob and didn’t work.

Family Vacation

Great house that fit our family of 32, plenty of space and the pool area was a hit with everyone!! A couple issues were that only one dishwasher worked and the other was missing a latch to close, the outdoor grill vent seems to need a good cleaning cause he did not suck up the smoke from grilling and one of the bedroom showers was missing a handle to turn on. Coffee makers also need to be replaced only one worked plus a big 30 cup worked. We reached out to the service people and they assured us they would take care of things and they did and ordered the replacement parts! Overall it was a great vacation home and loved the location!!

Beautiful property

This house was perfect for our soccer families with mix of adults and teen age girls. Couple little issues as there always is with a big house and party, but they were quickly resolved.I would recommend a binder that explains all the little things like where the extra remotes are kept, batteries, how to use the heater for the pool/spa (apparently it’s a new system and info sent in welcome email not correct), and how to use the fire places. Would save lots of calls to the host. Overall I give the place a solid 9 and would stay again.

Great family vacation

The house offered more than enough space for six families to spread out and come together in comfort. The house is located near plenty of activities including restaurants, Disney and Universal. While everything is close in miles, be aware that traffic is often ridiculous on I-4 and therefore adds extra minutes to the commute.

Disney Family Trip

We had 12 adults and 3 children stay at this wonderful house hosted by Diamond Vacation Homes. It was a great week, house was clean and stocked and as described. The small items that we had questions for were answered within minutes. I have already booked for a golf trip with friends and referred another group to this property. We will be back. Thanks CD

EXCELLENT

This property and entire complex is full of incredible homes. This house was like a small hotel. We used it for a work meeting of 10 people and found it to suit our needs well. Safe neighborhood, great restaurants nearby. Close to airport and Disney. House had everything we needed and more. It was well stocked and these people are professionals. 24 hour access for problems. We had an issue with the hot tub and it was tended to and fixed by Diamond Vacation Homes immediately. Will be back.

Family Time Vacation

“85th” Birthday Celebration

Our Stay was Absolutely Fantastic! The property is Huge and Gorgeous. Our Mother turned 85 and we celebrated with her Sisters, Nieces, Granddaughter and Friends. The Air had a Hiccup but Management sent alternative Air immediately! Everything looked exactly as advertised. Management supplied more than needed in the Mansion. It was MINDBLOWING! The Elevator was Such a Blessing, the majority of us were 60+. The Movie Theater was so much Fun! We all had a BLAST in the Jacuzzi and Pool. Check out was Simple and Easy! Thank you.
