"Communication seems to lack especially with guest requests. Good sent back as it was cold but they did replace with no fuss and lots of apologies. Usually good this time not as good! "

"I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...

"We love staying at the Ethorpe although we've not since the refurb, but wow! The rooms are amazing, really comfy beds, decorated very tastefully with a gorgeous bathroom to boot! The whole refurb is brilliant. The breakfast was fantastic. Such a wonderful choice of breakfasts from pancakes to eggs benedict. A wide array of juices, pastries, all served by a very helpful and friendly waiter. I would highly recommend the Ethorpe Hotel!"

"Seems to be a standard for hotels we have stayed at…. The bathtub is so narrow at the bottom that we had to stand sideways to be under the shower. The soap/shampoo etc dispensers were at shoulder level which made the shower space very narrow."

"Our room was clean and welcoming. We knew having stayed here before what to expect. The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful, supplying us with extra pillows. Our Jack Russell settled in quickly and there were grassy areas to walk her. Everything went well during our stay. The only thing I would suggest is more plugs in the room. "

"The Hotel is in an excellent location as Beaconsfield has everything you could need, the Thai restaurant is really nice, the only downside was the room we stayed in was close to the high street and was really noisy when pubs and restaurant's emptied late at night."

"Switched selected room upon arrival as room I reserved was not available anymore. Had no power to charge devices before a long flight due to what appeared to be a shortage in electricity. Was promised an investigation regarding my reporting of a room that was not cleaned but no one had followed up with me, messages ignored also. "

"I booked this hotel for my daughter, as she was competing in a nationalsports event at Brunel University and this was the closest hotel to the event that had rooms available and I didn’t want her to have to have added stress dealing with accommodation on competition day.
