"We booked the premium room which was nice but our room was next to where the deliveries come through so was quite noisy. The Spa was lovely and so was the food in the restaurant. When asked how our stay was upon check out we did explain about the noise and the lovely Ibraheem gave his apologies, gave us a free day pass to come back and visit their spa and waived our room service which was very kind of him.
