We enjoyed relaxing down below and having drinks and snacks on the fly bridge while we enjoyed the weather.Looking forward to returning. The hosts were great communicators."

"The place was very clean and was a great location. You can walk right to the beach and even to a few good restaurants. The host was very nice and checked on us. It is very intimate seeing as it is all one room but it was perfect for me and my husband. "

"The cottage was perfect for our family. The rare first floor house was great with no stairs to climb. The fenced area was perfect for our little dogs to go outside and be free to do their needs. The cottage has several updates like new appliances, good flooring for the beach, and nice furniture. It is very clean and comfortable. "Nice older house. Only drawback was the window unit AC units didn’t cool very well until the 3rd day of our stay when I discovered the filters had an inch of dust and hair, I cleaned them all then it was better. Didn’t get to go out on the beach but for 1 day of a 7 day stay, not the Host’s problem or fault that it rained and was in the low 50’s all week. "

"This property was absolutely perfect for us and our dog. The location was great and the private deck and fenced back yard were an added bonus. Our dog was very happy with that! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Jeanne-Marie is an excellent host and was extremely pleasant and helpful with suggestions as to restaurants and things to do. Will certainly stay here again on our next visit to OBX. "
