  • Welcome to Poseidon's Getaway - A retreat that's perfect for six gods and goddesses. Our beach house is centrally located in the heart of the Outer Banks, offering easy access to the beach and sound. Less than one mile away, you can sink your toes into the sand and soak up the sun, while enjoying the sound of the waves. Just a quarter-mile away, you can immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the sound and enjoy the stunning sunsets.

    The two-story beach house is designed with an open concept that allows for an abundance of natural light to stream in through our elegant French doors. With a cozy and stylish interior, you'll feel relaxed and at ease as soon as you enter. Take advantage of our outdoor hot tub for a day of ultimate relaxation and afterwards, wash off those sandy feet in our outdoor shower.

Wonderful location and fantastic host(s). All questions and/or requests were addressed within the hour. The rental unit was beautifully decorated, very welcoming and most functional with one bedroom/bath on the lower level and the other two on the upper level. Would definitely consider a return visit.

The host, Emanuel, was very kind, professional and responsive. The place was wonderfully clean, EXCELLENT comfortable beds, and a nice quiet neighborhood and amazingly convenient to shops and restaurants.

Everything about our stay was perfect!! The location was close to just about any store you could need. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice place to stay for the week. Home was clean and centrally located to everything; the beaches, shopping, etc. Hot tub was relaxing after our long days exploring. My only issues are rather trivial, but still inconveniencing as we had to go buy these items. Only being given two garbage bags for a 5 day stay didn’t cut it, especially since we ate here a lot. Also, two of the four tv remotes’ batteries were dead, so we had to go purchase those as well for the kids to be able to watch television in their rooms. Living room lamp light bulb was also burnt out. I would suggest having the cleaning person check remotes and lights on a regular basis perhaps to make sure those items don’t need replaced before the next guests come to stay. Otherwise, a very lovely home and would stay again for our next OBX adventure!

Fabulous Weekend Rental

The rental was super clean, beautiful furniture and accessories. TVs in every room were a plus! Hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of touring. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay honestly.

Girlfriends Weekend

My girlfriend and I stayed for the weekend and it was exactly what we expected and wanted. A place that wasn’t too large for two people but gave us each some room to move. Centrally located and bery clean.

The Perfect Vacation Home

The home was way better than I expected it to be! It was so clean and very beautiful. It wasn’t too far from the beach or the restaurants around town and the neighborhood it’s in was very nice as well.
