"The staff was very friendly helpful. The room was huge, clean, quiet, wifi great, all the meals I had was tasty and well presented. I noticed that the service at the pool was very slow and it took forever to pick up the dirty dishes. I am not sure if the manager is giving enough guidance"

"This property is one of the nicest I have ever stayed at. The property is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, and had a lovely view. The room we stayed in was actually a full suite with living room, full kitchen, large bedroom and huge bathroom with soaking tub and shower. "Simply the best first night in a foreign country experience we've ever had. Jayne and Le Roux are the perfect people to work in hospitality and the attention to detail was unbelievably outstanding. The whole property is absolutely amazing and it's far more than just a hotel - the experiences offered from the meals to the wine tasting to the runner duck watching (has to be seen to be believed) are fantastic and they set the bar for the rest of our time in South Africa very high indeed."

"Das Hotel liegt in sehr zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage, am Ende einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße. Stellenbosch hat uns gefallen und war recht europäisch. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns auch direkt mit den Koffern geholfen. Das Frühstück war recht einfach gehalten, aber soweit gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einfacherer Ausstattung gebucht. Zeitnah sollte insb. das Bad renoviert werden. Es war aber trotzdem noch sauber. Preis Leistung hat soweit gepasst!"
